Little assembly involved. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Filled it with oil and gas, followed the starting procedure, pulled the cord and it started on the first try. Connected a small space heater and a couple lights. They ran fine. No complaints.

Just picked it up a couple days ago, Looks really nice but have not been able to start it or use it yet because of the weather. Looking forward to hearing it run and checking out its performance. I will be looking for a wheel and handle kit, it is a little heavier than I anticipated.

This is my first generator, but the recent winter storms and power outages in Texas convinced me it was time to get one. After a lot of shopping and study, I kept coming back to the Wgen 3600v. It has the best combination of features, power, and value of any I found. And it turns out it does the job well and is quieter than I expected. If (when) we have any more outages I'll be prepared to protect the food in my fridge/freezer, keep a few lights on, run some fans (or heaters), and watch some TV. Be prepared - get one for yourself.

I purchased this generator and took delivery on 3/5/2021. It was securely packaged so that there was no cosmetic damage to the generator. The generators quick start guide made it easy to start. Since oil was included, I added gas and it started on the 2nd pull. I ran it for a 1/2 hour before putting it away hoping there will be no Florida hurricanes in 2021.

I read through all instructions, added the included oil, and then fuel. It started on the first pull - impressive! But I was even more impressed with the fit and finish, quality components, sturdiness, and attention to detail. As an example, a funnel was provided for adding the oil. It is flexible plastic that threads into the dip stick hole - nice. And even more, there is an O-ring at the threads so no oil can leak out when being added - VERY NICE! This is what I mean by attention to detail. Based on my initial experience, and after comparing this generator to similarly priced units, I would highly recommend.

5 Stars if it performs as well as it looks! Very well made and light/compact package. Everything appears as advertised, simple assembly, and very portable. Bought for emergency to power two refrigerators and freezer during extended power outage (hurricanes in Florida). Enough generator to power additional utilities as needed. Very pleased. Replaces 8000w Honda Gen. given to friends during their extended power outage.

I bought this after looking for the specific generator I wanted for over a month. Not to big, not to small, amazing amount of power, not to loud. Has every safety feature I wanted a the price was great. Opened the box ( even though I've had generators in past) followed the easy to read step by step instructions an it fired right up. Ran at 50% load for first 5 hours as recommended an it's absolutely fantastic! Super happy with the quality an ease of operation.

I bought this a couple weeks ago to act as a power backup for our greenhouse heaters. It works wonderfully. We were worried it would be too loud since it sits right outside our house, but it's really quieter than we expected. We don't notice it after a while.

Had a bad fuel tube coming off the tank. The tube is multilayered and apparently the innertube got pushed into the outer sheath and was folded over against the nipple so when I went to run the unit for the first time, I opened the fuel shutoff valve and fuel started dripping. I replaced the tube. In addition, the instructions should include an initial break-in run. Upon the first start I had to leave the choke on, otherwise it would die out. After it ran a little with the choke on, the generator was revving up and down with the choke off, so I ran it at half choke for a while. I eventually got it running with the choke off and it was running nice and smooth.

Extremely easy assembly of wheels and resting pads. Started on first pull ran it for a few hours with very small load. Tried both the L5-30R outlet and a 5-20R outlet. Neighbor commented on how quiet it was. My phone decibel meter app indicated it was around 78dB.
