We have several outages a year here and some can be extended. With the fresh food and freezer, I just needed extra assurance that we wouldn't lose our food We recently had a tornado in our town and a friend loaned me his generator, thank goodness, so as soon as possible, I bought this one and I'm so glad I did. Plenty of power and it looks great.

I bought this generator after a winter storm had left us without power for four days. I tried it out and it worked well and maintained some of my appliances with electricity for several hours. I would definitely recommend trying out this generator. No more power outages for me!

I live off the grid and a backup generator is a necessity. I've seen several generators come and go, and the Westinghouse is obviously a cut above the rest. The build quality alone is outstanding, and it has performed admirably when put to any test -- so glad to have this generator!

I'm not really sure why my 3600 failed to produce more than 37v after only 18 hrs of gentle use. I'm completely off grid and placed my faith in the Westinghouse name. I have a westinghouse 7600df with no issues yet and a predator 6500. I hope it's not "Budget Engineering" on Westinghouse's part. I wish I knew why it failed. Being completely off grid I like to keep only the best around.

This is a great portable generator for the price. The noise is low and it powers a number of appliances well. The only thing missing was a good generator cover, which Westinghouse promised to send one if we left a review. So I'm leaving a 4 star review for now and will amend the review to add one more star when the gift is received.

I bought this as a power back up just in case of another power outage. It is so nicely designed with all the features I like such as EPA & CARB Compliant, 3 year parts and labor, auto low oil shutdown, sufficient power 3600 Watts for my whole house that I feel totally relief with a peace of mind. Well worth it with the price.

So far, this generator is super easy to start, use, and exceeds my expectations. The price was great, and this is plenty powerful for what I need. The generator is about the same noise level as a gas lawn mower. I appreciate that it came with a spark plug tool and extra tools for servicing. For a first-time generator buyer, I totally recommend this!

Well, I got a divorce and realized I needed to know many things to survive on my own. My first purchase (after MUCH research) was this generator. I have to say it is was the right choice. After reading the owner's manual, it is easy to operate. It is heavy but after applying the wheels, which I did all on my own, you can easily move it around.

I was looking for something that would be simple to use in case of an emergency. Although it came with instructions the only thing that was not clear was how to open the gas cap as we found it difficult to open. Thanks to other people who posted videos we were able to figure out how to open it. I will be able to have a better opinion as soon as I use it. I recommend this product...

I bought this with no expectations but I put oil in, then gas, and it cranked the first time. I plugged some power equipment to it and it ran flawlessly. The generator is quiet for a generator. I would recommend. For the price it should of come with wheels.
