Hormel was much better

I have been buying the Hormel precooked bacon for years; my family loved it. The Smithfield brand is thin and greasy and has a very strong smoky flavor and odor that lingers in the microwave all day. I will not continue buying this nasty product. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Bring back Hormel

Bring back Hormel

Bring back the Hormel bacon! This is a thin slice of fat. What Sam's has to do to get Hormel back, Just do it! We will pay more. Bring it back !

What on earth

About 72 my *** lol they are probably 30 total and there thin cut to the max the thinnest cut I've ever seen

Thin but tastey

Thin but tastey and conventient. I really enjoy on blts or a quick breakfast. My husband didn't like, thinks it is way to thin.

Greasy!

We normally get Hormel, it's showing not available. This brand says same weight, also 72 pieces, but they must be counting the grease that is congeled in the package! The slices are super thin! Worse bacon ever!

Hormel was much better

Hormel was MUCH better to nitrates and owned by an American, not Chinese owners like Smithfield. Don't want sodiun nitrate in my food - bad choice....................

Sodium nitrite is used as a preservative to cure meats and prevent microbial growth, specifically the microbacteria Clostridium botulinim.All cured meats, including bacon, contain a source of sodium nitrite. BRING BACK HORMEL

I always had the Hormel cooked bacon in my fridge, for years. Now Sam’s replaced it with this bacon that is just nowhere near the same. Bring back Hormel Black Label please!!

Bring back the Hormel!

This bacon is terrible. I actually tossed it in the trash.. tasted awful almost like it was spoiled. We loved the fully cooked Hormel bacon that Sam’s used to carry. I won’t ever buy this brand again.

Don't buy!

I bought this hoping it would be equivalent to the Hormel brand. It is NOT. It's sliced much too thin with no flavor. I'm trying to find where to submit a complaint to Sam's to bring back Hormel instead! Don't waste your money.
