We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Michelin Primacy All Season tires and understand how frustrating this must be. Tire punctures are typically caused by road hazards and can occur regardless of brand or mileage. Whether a puncture can be repaired depends on its location and severity, which is determined at the time of inspection. We recommend visiting an authorized tire dealer to have the tires evaluated. Have the dealer give us a call while you're there to review available options. We can be reached at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

We're sorry to hear your tire lost air after driving on gravel and tarmac. A sudden loss of air pressure can occur if the tire or wheel has been damaged by a road hazard. We recommend having the tire inspected by an authorized tire retailer as soon as possible to determine the cause. Once the inspection is complete, please contact our Consumer Care team at 866-866-6605 (Mon-Fri 8 AM-7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM-1 PM EST) and we'd be happy to review the findings with you.
