[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my HP laser printer 2 years ago and this is my first time replacing the black cartridge. The printer is a little pricey up front, however, the HP technology, quality and ease of use makes the HP laser printers the best value available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laser printer began telling me it was running low on ink, so I decided I should order then and not wait until it told me it was completely out of ink!! I ordered on-line, which was very efficient and user-friendly! It arrived at my door within the week and both my printer and I are happy, knowing we have ink when it is finally out! Since I have used HP for a long time, I have no doubt that the product will be excellent as well.

The product is very good and the printer us a reliable work horse but, the toner is priced abut heavy when buying a whole set it is to big of percent if the cost for a new machine. Maybe if HP standardized on one size this could drive the cost down to a more reasonable level. This price the only reason for the 3 star quality is very good.

But learned there is a difference, value wise with using HP certified cartridges & with the ease of ordering from you desktop this is the way I’m going from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting the long life toner cartridges is worth the extra money! They really perform. With a High School student at home, she can go through a lot a pages and the long life cartridge keeps me going.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always purchase HP laser jet cartridges. They are simple to replace and fit my HP printer perfectly. I also like that the boxes can be used to recycle the empty cartridges and the return postage is included.

But the four pack gives you a bit of a better deal and you have the satisfaction of knowing you have them when you need them since I do go though my toner pretty fast.. Really like this option.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 12 year old HP7580 multi-function still chugging along, a10 year old HP2015 B&W laser going strong but, my five year-old HP8600 multifunction died early (ink dried out?). This HP477fnw color laser is great! Ink isn't cheap but, it is a clean machine that I would consider small office capable.
