I purchased 1 black cartridge and a set of color cartridges. The black was correct (414A) but the color cartridges are 410A which do not fit in my new printer. I have reported this (case:509179542), product no.: W1A80A. I don't know to whom I should send the new color cartridges and am hoping HP will replace these with the correct ones (414A)

Cyan cartridge was purchased the replace an exhausted cartridge. The new cartridge set in the cradle of the printer without any adjustment. The printer initialized the printing function. The copies came out of the printer perfectly! Very nicely engineered.

Just purchased as a double pack. Not sure how long they will last as the last High yield black laserJet Toner cartridge lasted about 1 month and 16 days. The length of time the cartridge lasted seems very short for a very small church office usage. There is no way the church printed over 5000 copies of anything in 46 days. Not sure I would recommend the cartridge or printer if the usage time for the cartridge is so low. Will be tracking to see if this improves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is when I spend as much for 4 cartridges as I would for a new printer. It would be nice if there were some discounts available for the purchase that last for more than a few days.As a individual consumer it is very difficult to make that amount of a purchase.

I noticed that the color on ,my HP was not what it once Wass and kept running calibrations and tests until my HP rep asked if I was using any less expensive generic toner....I checked and 2 of 4 were off label ...Cyan and yellow. I replaced them and now my printer is like brand new.

The refills were fine except the printer stopped working. Apparently after 3 years an internal engine part was "dirty". Laser printer kept shutting down with every print job and needed to be restarted. Did a restart but when sent another print, it errored out and shut down again. Needed to return the refills and get a new printer. I remember when printers used to last over 5+ years with heavy use (i.e. Laser III).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works perfectly, as advertised. Other than the price being higher than I would like (the reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars), I cannot think of anything that needs to be or should be changed.

HP OEM cartridges cost more than they should, but the quality, longevity, and printer compatibility are invaluable. In the unlikely event of a problem, I know HP will take care of it without any finger pointing between suppliers. Peace of mind has a cost.

These toner cartridges work flawlessly. That has been my experience with original HP OEM cartridges for all our laser printers over three decades. This printer requires four cartridges, but we only purchased two because of the cost. In previous years we always kept a stock of four cartridges on hand. Not anymore! These two cartridges cost more than the original purchase price of the printer. This is not an exaggeration. We are always confused about the recycling instructions because the toner packaging is all geared up to recycle for the USA market and Canadians need to do something different. JUst be aware of this.
