After the first night no back pain. A mattress that support me perfectly. The mattress was super firm at first, but after about a week it soften to feel like the one that was on display. I love how I can sit on the edge and not slide off. I am happy with my purchase ☺.

It took me about a week to get used to this mattress. The first night I could hardly fall asleep, and then the next few nights it took longer than normal, and I worried I had made an expensive mistake. But now that I'm used to it I'm sleeping much better than I did before and my back & neck pain have diminished.

I suffer from chronic back pain and fatigue from a herniated disc in my lower back. I have tried a few different mattresses in the past to relieve this pain but none helped. Most were too soft or not firm enough, I would literally toss and turn all nigh trying to get comfortable. But once I purchased my Tempur- Pro Adapt Firm mattress all my discomfort and restless nights ended. I was able to get a goodnights sleep waking up feeling rested and energetic. I'am completely satisfied with my new mattress I only wish I had gotten it sooner it has totally changed my life and my nights for the better.

We had a Tempurpedic mattress in the past, after ten years decided to retire it, and to save money purchased another brand. Big mistake, I slept horribly and tried two different toppers to help, so no luck and with a sore back we had enough. Returned the toppers, it was too late for the mattress. But we went back to Tempurpedic and got this model and we LOVE it! We will never go back. No more back ache and clocking in hours of sound sleeping. Thank you!

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

Usually it takes time to break in a mattress but the first night on our Pro-Adapt medium hybrid was the best sleep we have had in many years. Probably hands down the best mattress we have owned and our first Tempur-Pedic. Restful sleep and didn't wake up with our joints sore.

A year ago, we were sleeping on an all foam Ghost Bed and I had lower back pain every morning. We went to a mattress store and did their assessment and ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Hybrid with an adjustable base. That alleviated almost all of my lower back pain, but I still slept with a pillow under my knees most nights. We have been sleeping on the Pro-Adapt for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain is gone, it seems my support needs are finally being met. My husband didn't experience the same issues as I, but he did comment this is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on yet. I would now pay for the level of quality Tempur-Pedic provides, I'm a convert! For those on the fence, consider this. If a mattress lasts for 7-10 years, your daily cost for amazing sleep is less than a cup of coffee. Would that be worth it to you?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent king-size mattress for me and my husband. Delivered perfectly on time and we bought 4 king size cooling pillows as well. I had TempurPedic in the past and it lasted well over 12 years. This technology is much improved than the previous one. Just the right bits of everything for us. I'm sleeping better, less snoring and less back pain than before. I've been able to lower the dosage of some mild muscle relaxants for my back as a result. I would highly recommend!!

These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

In 2 years I've gone through 4 beds. Tempurpedic is my 5th and last. It was a daunting journey after having a bed for 23yrs and it was time for a new one. The problem was trying to adapt to all the new memory foam beds after being on a traditional bed. All I can say is stick with it for at least 2 months. Your body will eventually adapt. With my first foam bed 2 years ago it took me 6 months to adapt. Then I traded it in for a different foam bed due to a defect and that bed caused a major hip injury to flare up. Now 2 beds later I have the Temperpedic and I wish it was my first foam bed. Have to say Temperpedic's foam is completely different than any other I have slept on in the last 2 years. It took me about 4 weeks to adapt and I just stuck with it and now I can't wait to crawl into bed! It's a feeling I can't describe it's just different and my hip is finally happy. My husband also loves it!! I wont go back to any other bed!
