This is our first experience with pro adapt firm which we liked immediately when we we went to store to try it out. We previously had a tempur pedic for 10 years. We have only had our pro adapt for a couple weeks and I am concerned that the firmness isn't as good as when we first purchased it. I plan to contact tempura pedic to see what they think may be the issue. We also purchased the adjustable foundation. We love tempura pedic due to injuries to my husband which helps him sleep better. We have recommended these mistresses to all our friends.

We have been happily sleeping on Tempurpedic mattresses for 20+ years. Recently, though, I developed shoulder arthritis, and I was waking up with shoulder pain. We switched our old (still good!) firm Tempurpedic for this softer version. No more shoulder pain! Tempurpedic mattresses have consistently given us our best sleeps. As our bodies change over time, updating the style of mattress we sleep on makes good sense. (Our friends' six-foot, six-inches adult child was delighted to adopt our like-new king-size mattress, and loves it as much as we did. Tempurpedics seemingly 'last forever.')

Felt great initially but then I started having back pain and waking up with soreness and hip pain. I am a side sleeper. It sinks in well but don't know why I feel like it's a tad too firm. Am trying to switch to a softer one now. Overall it's a great quality bed.

So soft and firm, don't feel my partner when he gets in or even my dogs! It's just perfection! I have chronic neck pain and wow I wake up comfort and ready to face my day!

This is my 3rd Tempur-Pedic mattress, as the others tended to be transported into guest rooms for their enjoyment! I have had multiple knee surgeries, sinus, Achilles' tendon issues. I hike over 100 miles per month. I started out with the original mattress about 2006, then switched to a softer one 5 years later after surgery. I moved recently and sold the mattresses, and everyone wants to buy even a used Tempur-Pedic mattress. I bought the Pro-Adapt because of my activity and age (66). Love it. Never disappointed in their mattresses. I advise to go into a store, take an hour and try out the varieties. You won't be disappointed. Invest in yourself and your body.

Quite firm upon delivery, outgassing quite strong nearly 3 weeks later. Though the mattress softened up nicely after about 2 weeks and is now very comfortable! I am an average temperature sleeper and live in Massachusetts, I do not feel like this mattress makes me hot at night. Overall pleased.

Thrilled with the mattress as I am able to sleep through the night and it cured my aches and pains from my old mattress. Would highly recommend it over one the cheap "mattress in a box" brands that don't last very long.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. Even though it was little expensive but the fact that we spend around 30-50% of our overall time in bed, it's worth it. It's very comfortable and relaxing to sleep on these and I love it.
