Worst mattress I've owned. I thought this mattress was suppose to form around body but it is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress My husband and I toss and turn all night I complained to tempurpedic and was told to just buy a mattress topper I would not recommend this hybrid medium

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results

I've owned the Tempur-pedic pro adapt for nearly 4 years now and I generally sleep in the guest bedroom because I find it uncomfortable compared to my Casper. I find the medium has become far too soft and unsupportive and uncomfortable on my back. Going back I wish it would have gone with a firmer model or perhaps a product which would've held up better. I reached out to Support and they informed me there's nothing they can do for me at this point so pretty disappointing after making such a large investment.

I had a 21 yr old SEALY POSTURPEDIC and NEEDED a new mattress ! I went with Tempur Pro Adapt FIRM as it was similar to my old mattress with NO SPRINGS! I have a BAD back and can not USE any SPRING BED! I LOVE IT! BUT WHY is it SO EXPENSIVE - NOT a lot people can afford this nice bed! SAD!

I like our new mattress. We are still getting used to it but it does seem to help our joints. I'm a little disappointed though because the mattress bounces every time husband moves. He has restless legs and we thought this mattress might help with motion. Sadly, it does not.

after having a Open Heart Surgery. I need it a new mattress and after looking at all the brands of mattress for about two weeks everyone recommended the TEMPUR-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid and also got the Prosmart Base and it was probably the worst decision I have made over price poor quality and it gets very hot when you sleep and uncomfortable not like when is at the showroom. The bed Frame is low quality and lousy speakers with poor sound.

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we've consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we've followed all care guidelines. It's hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

I've owned this mattress for a little less than a month. -FLOOR MODEL When I laid on this mattress in the store, it was perfect! The exact right amount of softness for me and exact right amount of firmness for my husband. HOWEVER, the sales rep. warned me the mattress will take about 90 days to break in and feel like the floor model and that is why they suggest waiting 90 days before considering returning or exchanging the mattress. -NEW MATTRESS FIRMNESS To put it plainly, it's terrible. According to the Tempur-Pedic website, the only way to break in the mattress is to sleep on it nightly. Had I know I'd pay a few grand for little sleep, I might have considered going with a different mattress. -EXTREME FIRMNESS IS EXPECTED According to both Tempur-Pedic website and the sales rep., the extreme firmness is expected until a gel or foam mattress is broken in. -CONCLUSION I give this two stars because I struggle to sleep on such a firm mattress. To break it in costs sleep (and money because this was a large purchase). I'm hopeful it pays off in 90 days and feels like the floor model at the store.

We have the ProAdapt Hybrid- Medium The Best Mattresses, we will never buy anything other than these! We now have one in both of our homes & also one in our RV. We bought a furnished winter home in Texas, it had a old mattress so we put a memory foam topper on it and it worked OK for awhile, then restless sleep, waking up aching all over and tired!! So we decided it was time for another Tempur-Pedic Bed. Happy & Restful Sleep here we are! Thank you for truly the best bed ever :)
