I've been sleeping in my Pro-Adapt Medium Hybrid for about 5 weeks now, and I'm still getting used to it. It's comfortable for the most part, but sometimes I feel it's too firm. I love the fact that it's quiet and motionless, so it doesn't disturb my partner. I'm hoping that with time it'll be softer or more responsive, I don't know. It's a great quality mattress, and I'm overall satisfied.

This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)

I was waking up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. My neck, back, and hip would hurt so bad I started seeing a chiropractor twice week for the past six months! I purchased this mattress and my body doesn't feel sore, stiff and in pain anymore! I get a great nights sleep now I feel refreshed and recharged for the day ahead! Immediately upon arrival the delivery team advised over and over it would not fit up my interior staircase. They kept asking me what I wanted to do without ever taking the bed off the truck or trying. I said if you're certain it would fit then I cannot keep it. Contacted the team and they advise that is not how it works and they rescheduled delivery. Took another month before they came back. Same delivery team giving me attitude about "trying again here." They almost quit trying before I had to get assertive to tell them to do their job and even offer to help get it upstairs. I ended up doing more of the delivery portion MYSELF. After they left I had to readjust and tighten the bed legs and remove the trash they were supposed to clean and remove. I love the mattress but the delivery experience was pathetic. No one offered any compensation for the experience which is what they boost about. If you order get ready to see lazy delivery team.

After sleeping on a conventional pillow top mattress it only took three nights to adjust to the tempurpedic. I love the sinking in feeling when you get into bed. It really conforms to my body and doesn't transfer any movement from my spouse to wake me up. Best decision I have made...wish I would have bought this years ago.
