Our only issue is that the mattress is so very heavy that we do not have the strength to rotate it from time to time, as suggested in the instructions for break-in and ongoing care. And there are no handles sewn into the mattress to help with lifting and moving.

The Bed Store in Lenoir City gave us great service. Prior to making our decisions, we received excellent information on our various choices. The delivery was tailored to our schedule, went very smoothly, and the gentlemen were very careful with the new product as well as with the discarded mattress. We love the mattress and had no trouble adjusting to the firmness from day one.

Medium was just a little too firm for us. Customer service was great and accommodating. The mattress itself is amazing. My wife and I are shift workers and have always had trouble with getting a good night sleep. Now that is a thing of the past. When we're home and sleeping on the Tempur-Pedic we finally sleep all the way through the night. It's spectacular

Prior to purchasing our Tempurpedic, I had lower back pains from our cheap traditional spring mattress. With our new Tempurpedic ProAdapt Firm mattress, my back pain is completely gone now. I sleep so well and wake up re-energized. We also purchased the tempur brand sheets and they make a world of a difference! I love how the memory foam slowly conforms to your body and cradles you like a baby. The mattress is worth every penny spent and I will be buying only tempurpedic memory foam mattresses moving forward.

It was a huge gamble to give up a well known old mattress to try a mattress that we hoped would suit both of our desires for firmness/softness. My husband and I are two different sizes and require two different needs for support. Being a chronic pain and orthopedic patient between the two of us, this bed was definitely up for the challenge. My husband was skeptical, but we both decided to use our FitBit sleep analysis to compare. Both of us saw an immediate change in our sleep quality, both technologically and just feeling better. I've never had a tempur pedic but my husband has, and he was most impressed with the extra layer of support the Pro-Adapt provides. I'm not only waking up with deeper rest, but I don't have the extra stiffness that a poorly supported mattress gives me. This is an excellent choice if you're in between firmness/softness desires, and the extra support (not necessarily more firm, literally support) is phenomenal. 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

We have had our new mattress a little over a week now. It's starting to break in nicely and is extremely supportive and comfortable. Our quality of sleep is already greatly improved and any shoulder, hip, or back pain we have had prior is all gone. I would 100% recommend the Pro-Adapt medium hybrid to anyone looking for a premium hybrid mattress.

I credit this to the lack of transfer of motion and the temperature control of this mattress. I never feel my husband getting in our out of the bed and neither of us sleep hot anymore. I have a severe case of cyatica and I needed a new bed to sleep on because I could not sleep on my old one I was waking up in too much pain so with the temper pedic and an adjustable base I am able to sleep again in bed with no pain and I'm comfortable.

I had a 22 year old Tempur pedic mattress and for about a year I was waking up with a back ache. It goes away after I start moving around. I thought I should get a new mattress. It is a very hard decision to make when you pick out a mattress. I'm still not convinced that I have made the right choice and I still don't know if I should return it. I still wake up with pain, but it's not as bad. I have no pain while I sleep and no pain during the day after the pain goes away in the morning.
