I've had my Pro-Adapt Soft mattress for nearly 6 weeks, and I'm still just sleeping on top of it. It's not conforming to my body at all. I tried walking on it daily to break it in more quickly, but that didn't seem to make a difference. My shoulders get sore when I sleep on my sides, and my back hurts in the morning. I would definitely say it's not worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been enjoying the best sleep I've had in a long time since buying this mattress, this coupled with the electronic bed frame makes for an even better experience. Every time I have friends or family visit I let them try out the bed and every person has raved about how nice and comfortable it is. I would definitely buy this setup again if I ever am in the market for another.

This mattress is amazingly comfortable, we have only had it for about a month but we are sleeping like we never slept before. My husband always had a backache and his shoulders would hurt with our old mattress, now he wakes up pain free. I am getting a very restfull nights sleep.

Delivery did not include setting up the remotes or the placement of the wires underneath bed. I love that the bed has remote control and head of bed and legs raise and lower. Not sure the snore feature is really anything to applaud. My head of bed is usually up when I awake. I feel my prior mattress was more comfortable but did not have the remote features

I was pleasantly surprised of the as a whole the strength of the base, mattresses and flexibility (adjustable) in the bed.Although, we bought two twin XL's to make this king size bed - both sides - are really strong and do not give me worries that any part of the bed I sit on or lay on will fail.

Our new mattress is wonderful! I love that I am not affected by my husband's movement during the night. The temperature is always comfortable and I don't get overheated like I did with our old mattress. I sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed and not achy!

I told the sales person that I wanted a MEDIUM FIRM but the bed that arrived was MEDIUM ... turns out to be SOFTER than I wanted. Very nice bed but not what I waned. If there are no beds called MEDIUM FIRM then the salesman should have told me and I would have asked for a FIRM!!

This enhanced our confidence in recommending the product to our family and friends and this resulted in a relative purchasing the same product this week. I have only had the mattress just under a month, but I am enjoying it greatly. At first, it took some time to get use to the firmness and how it molded around my body as I slept. After a few nights I really appreciate the comfort it provides and how it has helped with my back issues. The product is of the highest quality and sometimes you have to realize that you have to pay a little more for something that will help you as it has myself. It is worth the money to be able to sleep and not wake up stiff and sore. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone with back problems.

Our 7 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress was failing and we were not sleeping well. Customer Service directed me to their warranty qualifications. We were granted a new mattress via email within 2 days of submitting the warranty requirements. Our new mattress was delivered in 2 weeks as promised. Customer service was awesome. Because warranties usually have loop holes, we were prepared to purchase a new mattress. In fact, we had been shopping and were very close to making a competitor's purchase. I am so glad I made the phone call to Tempur-Pedic. We choose the firm. Although we thought the firm was a bit too firm, we slept 10 hours straight that first night without tossing and turning. We overslept (by 3 hours!), we were late for work, and it was worth it. The firm proved to be perfect.
