I have found that this particular spice could be used on barbecue to season, ribs, chicken, and even salmon. It’s the perfect blend of sweet, tangy and spicy (not too spicy).

I can taste the cherry in the cooked ribs. It gives the sauce an extra cherry cola flavor. It made my pork ribs perfectly seasoned and tender. This will be good on ribs, chops, and ham. It tenderizes while adding flavor.

As much as I loved cherry soda growing up, I’ve never thought of it being a good flavor for meat. It works so well, though! I used this seasoning to flavor baked pork tenderloin chops. It contains salt, but not too much, which I love because it allows me to season the meat generously for maximum flavor. The cherry cola flavor is prominent, but not overpowering. Also, the brown sugar adds a sweetness that works well with pork. The five dollar price point is perfect considering the amount of product you get in the container. It should last you a while unless you use it regularly. Great value and most importantly great cherry cola flavor! I highly recommend!
