Lightly breaded but very tasty. Helps reach protein goals without the carbs of other breaded chicken while not forgoing taste.

We all watch our carbs and these are wonderfully NOT over breaded. We cook them in an air fryer and the texture is nice and crispy.

Lower calories than regular breaded chicken and the lighter taste is better too! Good for someone watching calories.
