Decent calories, high protein, wonderful taste and super-fast to cook and eat in the microwave (or convection oven, if you've got it). If it's on sale, then I can recommend it.

I'm not much on frozen food but these were tasty little morsels. Definitely deserves a no.4 rating to me. They're good to have around when you just don't feel like cooking.

This chicken nuggets turned out better than I thought. Their "Lightly Breaded" slogan is as advertised. The white meat was not dry. Price is right as well. This is as good as it gets.
