WE used these strips to have large pics and frames etc in our daughter's college dorm room. Made life so much easier and a piece of cake to take down. They're just quite pricey!

Tried to hang a dry erase board that weighs 9.70# and it held for a day.The package says they hold 16# maybe time to redo the weight test. At the cost of the strips might be better just to use nails and putty later.

I just moved into an apartment and didn't want to put holes in the walls for hooks. I used it to hang my pocketbooks - not even as heavy as 2 lbs each, and ALL of them fell to the floor the next morning.

I have used the hangers to hold my pictures on the wall and one keeps falling off. I have 7 other picture that are on the wall and I am not sure when they will be falling.
