So easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These strips are so wonderful! I used them to hang decorative items (like thicken wooden letters) on the walls in my kids' rooms. They have amazing holding power and I'm not even afraid to hang them above their beds because I know they will stay where I put them. I received this product in exchange for my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE Command Hanging Strips! I have used them for many years throughout multiple moves, and they are amazing. They are so easy to use, hold up pictures and artwork very well, and don’t leave any damage or marks on your walls. I don’t hang anything any other way!

Approached with skepticism - pleasantly surprised

We recently moved and having not put up many of our pictures in our last residence, we wanted a simple solution for hanging them and making it feel like home. Both my wife and I initially scoffed that such small strips would securely hold medium to larger sized pictures in the 2-3lbs range and first tested it on a cheap frame that was somewhat heavy. It passed the test with flying colors and we proceeded to mount 10+ of our pictures around our home. We even moved and reapplied a couple of them and they are still standing strong months later. This is an excellent product for easy mounting of all sorts of pictures. It is strong, durable, and removes cleanly!

these are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit I was skeptical. We moved into a place that had wood paneling and it was real hard to get nails or thumb tacks in so I broke down and bought packs of the command hooks. After a year they are still holding strong and were so easy to put up. I definately recommend them. I have used several different hooks and poster hangers including the large hooks. They really hold. Thank you for this product.

Initially a good product but ...

Initially, they work great if you add more than recommended, even for lighter picture frames. The problem i ran into was using them in an enclosed 3 season room. i had several pictures proudly hung, but extreme temperatures resulted in a few pictures falling. i have since removed all frames and will resort to what i didnt want to do .. metal fasteners (screws, nail hangers etc) It began during winter and very cold weather that i lost a few frames. But then i began losing more this summer. The concept is good, but the R&D team should be testing the adhesive properties to accommodate extreme weather conditions.

I've grown disappointed.

For almost 10 years I lived in a house where my husband, out of fear of damaging the walls, wouldn't let me hang any pictures. The day I discovered the picture hanging strips and hooks, my prayers had been answered. Sadly, in the last year or so, the quality of your products has failed, to the point of damaging walls, floors and art work. All the items I hung years ago still hold fast to the walls. Anything I've tried to hang in the last year has fallen within weeks or months, gotten broken beyond repair and/or damaged the wall, molding and/or floor as a result of your product's failure. What ever you have done to change the quality of the grip of your products, you have done as a tremendous disservice to your name and your customers. I'm terribly saddened I am no longer able to switch out pictures and artwork with the same ease and confidence I had several years ago. I'll be looking for a competitor's product in hopes I will find the quality your products once had.

No holes!

We recently moved into a rental home and us being a family who loves to fill our walls with pictures etc....this is a great product to use! You don't have to worry about making holes that you have to fill and repainted when moving out! Easy on easy off! I don't use any other product than Command products for all my household needs! Highly recommend any and all products!

What did we do before these?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are perfect for hanging gallery wall frames. I remember back in the day trying to maneuver tape measures and hammer and nails only to end up with a diagonal line of frames. The best part is they really do come off clean. Great for renters or dorm rooms

Doesn't work

Bought these to hang pictures in my apartment because I can't use nails but now I have several broken frames. Followed the directions exactly, even used extra strips to ensure the pictures would stay even though they were way below the supposed weight limit but everything came crashing down within 24 hours taking bits of paints with them.
