[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a painting in my entry and because we are getting ready to paint I didn't need to poke another hole in the wall. This has worked so well that after we are done painting Command will hold up all our paintings.

Definitely not damage free, all of these strips are awful. The tab breaks off from the bottom so you have to try to pry it off the wall without it. Every type of strip I’ve used has torn off the paint and the drywall paper under it. So many spots to patch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to hang a couple of pictures a few years ago and it was fine until one night one of the pictures came crashing down in the middle of the night. I only use good old fashioned picture hangers now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was moving into a studio apartment for school. She wanted a full length mirror on a door. We used the picture hangers placing on top, bottom & middle. The hangers held the mirror in place for 3 years and when it was time to move out came off the door without leaving any mark. Awesome product.

When I moved in a new place that the landlord wouldn't allow nails to hang pictures etc I had to try something new even with my very large home interior pictures. I used 4-6 strips on each picture (depending on the size of the pictures) and was very pleased with how well they held up! I wasn't sure at first but I've been using command products ever since!

I created an amazing collage wall from my collection of vintage frames. I followed all instructions because I did not want anything to happen to my collection. Everything was fine for about three months and then they all started falling off. I lost 4 of them before I finally took the whole wall down. It would be fine, except that one of them ripped the paint and plaster from the wall. Now I have to repair the spot and repaint it, plus repair the frame. Awesome. No short cuts people. These things are worthless. Just hammer in a nail.

I have been using Command Picture Hanging Strips for a couple of years now. They have NEVER let me down! I have all of my wall hangings, including heavy, heavy mirrors, all hanging with them! I just love how they grip and come off clean if you ever want to move anything! One time I forgot to clean both the picture and the surface with alcohol and it didn't grip very well. So I started over! Both surfaces cleaned with alcohol, allowed to dry and up it went perfectly!

Baby girl discovered Command strips and we have used them everywhere. Practically everything in my sewing room is up due to Command strips and they are so easy to change if you change your mind or need to move something. Thank you for a truly miracle product!

3 different pictures have all fallen when this product was used, couple of the strips came off on their own, couple had to be taken off after the other side came off on their own, took off paint and outer part of the dry wall, the room was the proper temp and the strips that had to be removed were removed according to product package instructions

I love the picture hanging strips! Use them to hang pictures in my Mother's nursing home room. Can decorate up the place to make it homey for her without damaging the walls of her room. If she changes rooms, pictures are easily removed and reinstalled. Great find!
