Covered in massive feathers! I was so disgusted! I was making these for my mom's birthday dinner and came across one wing that could have flown off! All the flats had a whole line of pin feathers on the edges, it was disgusting.

I really liked how the wings were packaged in 4 vacuum-sealed portions. Buying the big tray and repackaging is always a hassle. Although I prefer whole wings, these were delicious and overall good quality.
