Quick and easy

When I picked up the chicken wings I noticed the packaging right away and was impressed by how it was packaged, there was 4 individual packs that were together by perforations. I like that you can cook a lot or a little and freeze the rest. They cooked up in my air fryer in about 20 minutes, the skins were crispy, the meat was juicy and had an overall taste that was excellent, the only thing I wished was that there were some ideas on the back of the package as to how to cook and dipping sauce ideas. They were hormone free which I like and they looked excellent.

Loved these wings!

I especially liked that they were fresh/not frozen, already split, and divided and packaged in 4 sealed compartments. The wings were clean, fat/meaty, and I also liked that they were fresh and not frozen. I fried them in oil, followed by slathering them in sauce and finshed in the air fryer! They were restaurant quality and delicious! I will buy them again!

Not the "same great product"

Member’s Mark chicken wings used to be packaged in a tray. Since they are no longer available, we have purchased what Sam's Club describes as “same great product” in “improved packaging.” These are not the same great product. They are sloppily cut; I am guessing that a machine did the cutting. I am also guessing that trauma was involved. The last chicken we cooked was bloody and didn’t taste good. We will not buy these wings anymore. They are a great disappointment.

Family Friendly

My family enjoyed the wings. I have younger children so I like how the package was divided into 4 smaller ones. The wings were on the smaller side but that did not bother my family as we like them on the well done/crunch side. There was some sticky substance on the packaging so two of them stuck together. The wings were cleaned fairly well but did find some hairs on a few of them. We plan to purchase them again.

Very happy with these wings!

I've tasted wings before, but I had never eaten them homemade before! What a treat! My husband watched a YouTube video and saw what other people did for successful wings in an air fryer. He made his own concoction of spices and they turned out delicious! I was really happy that the wings were packaged in 4 equal sized packages. Very convenient when the whole pkg is not needed at once! This helps keep them fresh and keep the chicken in the original container so there are no spills.

Best raw wing purchased

Very good product and product packaging. Happy to see new packaging - dividable and separatable for freezing. Happy to see wing tips removed and Drummings - drumettes separated. All extra fat removed also. Great improvement. Happy to see. Will buy more. Will recommend to others.

Love the individual packages

Great chicken wings! Love that they are sold with 4 individual packages, so you can use what you need and freeze what you don't. I have come up with my own seasoning/rub for wings so I never buy the frozen options. Also like that there are various weights/prices to buy. They were great on the grill. I usually trust Sams meat department, and this is a new go to for me.

Fresh Wings

Picked up these wings today and grilled half tonight for dinner. Convenient packaging made using 1/4 or 1/2 of the wings easy to do, just cut along the line and open what we wanted to grill. We seasoned the cut wings and cooked them on the grill. Tasted great. The wings were cut into drumettes and flats making them easy to cook completely. We'll be buying these again.

Great Wings!

I recently tried the Member's Mark Cut Chicken Wings and was quite impressed with their freshness and flavor - they made meal prep incredibly convenient! However, I did notice that the portions were a bit uneven - one package had only 5 wings while another had 9. Fortunately, since I cooked the entire package at once, it balanced out nicely in the end. Despite this minor issue, I still recommend these wings for their taste and ease of use.

Very bad chicken choice Sam's Club!

This is the worst chicken I have ever purchased from a grocery store. The new packaging makes it impossible to see the meat inside, so you don't know if you have 2, 3, or 4 pieces in each pouch of the packaging. Plus, the size variations in each pouch are a joke, and the quality of the chicken is atrocious. The pieces are so mangled. Several times, I have taken a bite and ended up with several shards of bone in my mouth. The pieces sometimes look like the entire piece (including the bone), has been run through a shredder. Again, this is not a one-time event. I expected more from such a big corporation, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Since we purchased it on our meat stock-up week, we have so much left in our freezer now because we don't trust it enough to eat it.

reply from Member's Mark Team

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Member’s Mark fresh chicken has been less than ideal. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your experience — even if it’s not what we wanted to hear. You’re right that the number of pieces and parts per pouch — and package — can sometimes vary. This is because we pack enough chicken to meet a specific product weight, not a specific number of pieces. For planning purposes, we suggest members plan for 3-4 ounces of chicken, per adult, per serving, when buying chicken. On a positive note, with perforated pouches, members have the flexibility to use what’s needed today, while neatly and conveniently storing additional pouches for later, in their refrigerator or freezer. We share all feedback with our quality and product development teams.
