This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. So soft and firm, don't feel my partner when he gets in or even my dogs! It's just perfection! I have chronic neck pain and wow I wake up comfort and ready to face my day!

I have been sleeping on this bed for a couple weeks now and it has been some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. This bed is amazing. I like a very firm bed and it is quite firm but it also has some give and conforms to your body. I like that it doesn't make me hot at night so I sleep comfortably.

I'm sleeping much better on my Tempur-ProAdapt Firm mattress than I had been on my old and considerably softer mattress. Whether I sleep on my side or back I rest comfortably and awaken without the stiffness I experienced with my previous mattress. This is a fairly expensive mattress, but if you can fit it in your budget it's worth every penny. I don't regret for a moment having made this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had followed the recommendation of a "known consumer magazine" and bought their top rated mattress in 2019. Less than a year later, that mattress was causing me to wake up with a sore hip. This mattress took care of the sore hip!

We purchased from Kathy at the Uptown location. She was one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. So kind and non-pressuring. She gave us plenty of time to explore all the mattresses and had answers to all our questions. We chose the king pro adapt medium hybrid and the smart adjustable base. I fell in love with it in the showroom, and I will say it took me about 2-3 weeks to adjust, but there was a night and morning where my husband woke and asked me, "Did you wake last night?" That was when we both realized we had been sleeping through the night for the past few days. WOW! What a different that makes in your everyday life. This mattress is absolutely amazing. So comfortable but supportive in just the right areas. I suffer from low back problems and can have restless legs from time to time. The zero G with slightly lower head works so well for my back and legs. So worth the price tag!!!

This is what I imagine mattresses in heaven feel like. I had serious back pains with our old mattress. I knew I had to get serious about my mattress choice. I was hesitant to spend this much but it was without a doubt money well spent. My back pains are gone and I am no longer tossing and turning at night. You can't put a price on a good nights sleep.

I have had this product since September 2919 . I sleep great in this bed . Probably the best sleep I have had in a long time . I don't wake up sweating (I'm 54) . I'm rating a 4 because only after this short time having the mattress . I feel like it's sinking in the middle .. I the only one sleeping in the bed . I feel like I sink in the middle . It's hard to explain . For the amount of money . This should not be happening.

With my old mattress I woke up with a back ache everyday. I purchased the Pro-Adept along with an adjustable base and I sleep usually around 5 hrs undisturbed and no more backache! I never slept more that 2 hrs at a time at the maximum before I was up walking around. I feel so rested now obviously I don't need as much sleep as others because before with such broken sleep I was always tired.
