[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TEMPUR-ProAdapt® Medium Hybrid is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. It's the ideal blend of support and comfort. The high quality material conforms to my body in a good way. My sleep has improved and I am waking up less each night. I also like that the cover can be removed and washed.

While shopping for a new mattress my wife, whom I let guide the tour, settled on this mattress. My first thoughts were that her intent were to first torture and slowly kill me. This mattress is firm ! As I laid upon the "Rock" for the first night I discovered this felt great. The support, comfort and yes the firmness combined to provide what I had been missing all these years. I know longer had to climb out of a hole to change positions and I did not wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty from body heat. Now, did my wife ever say "I told you so" -- Yup she sure has !!! Love her and the mattress.

We are definitely sleeping better on this mattress. What is disappointing, is that it is advertised to be a cooler mattress. It is cooler if you do not put the recommended mattress cover or any sheets on the mattress. Once you put these on the mattress, it is not any cooler than my other mattress.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. Ok, so, we kept our previous Serta Pillow top mattress for 20 years, rotating it twice a year, flipping it over, and top to bottom. It was old but it still felt good. We recently decided to get a new mattress and chose the TEMPUR-ProAdapt™ Medium Hybrid. All we can say is "WOW" ! We didn't realize how much mattress technology has advanced. We have been sleeping so much better than we were, if you have an older mattress then you owe it to yourself to check out the new mattresses, you won't believe the difference.

I'm still working the mattress in but can already feel it coming along. It is extremely comfortable. I do not notice being hot or it retaining heat at all! I would recommend this to anyone with oresurre point problems especially a side sleeper like myself.

I'm always skeptical of 5 star reviews since a radio station where I live is always talking about how many companies post a bunch of them to boost their sales, so I tend to read mostly 1 star reviews to see the negatives. Well, I did that for this mattress and saw so many people complaining about how the mattress is too firm or how they sink into the mattress and they can't even roll over or how the mattress is way too hot. For one, the mattress is definitely not too firm. It's "Medium Hybrid" so if you didn't want a decently firm mattress, maybe you shouldn't have ordered the next-to-most firm mattress. With that in mind, it's still not too firm. It's perfect. I don't wake up with a bunch of back pain like I used to. Secondly, if you are getting "stuck" in this mattress (the medium hybrid), then you are 100%, without a doubt, very overweight. I mean, you have to be if that is happening to you. Third, this is a cooling mattress. Few times have I slept on a cooler mattress in my life (if at all, ever). It feels great and definitely doesn't get super overheated feeling like people always say memory foam does. This is legit the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I bought it without even first laying on it in a store. I've had it for at least a month, and I couldn't be more satisfied unless there is a deal I didn't know about where I pay less for the exact same mattress and it comes with servants who feed me while I lay here. Anyways, thanks so much tempur-pedic for making a mattress that has, for the most part, solved my sleeping woes.

We love our Tempurpedic-Pro Adapt Firm mattress. The first night we laid down in it and tried it we thought....oh no, we shouldn't have gotten the firm version, it's too hard!. But within a few seconds, the mattress perfectly envelopes your back and hips for a restful and supported night's sleep. This performance by the mattress has continued every night since without disappointment. I love how I can't feel my husband get in or out of bed or toss and turn....we both bought the Tempurpedic Cool Breeze PIllows that were offered as a BOGO deal with the paperwork that was delivered with the mattress. Finally, the mattress fit perfectly on our existing frame and we always have the option to purchase the adjustable base in the future. Thank you Tempurpedic!

The Tempur Proadpt Medium Hybrid mattress is the best me and my wife have ever owned, slept on where comfort and support finally meet so one of us are uncomfortable earthier being to firm or too soft, wish we would of bought this mattress years ago we can both finally get a good night sleep( well worth the money, the saying you get what you pay for really applies) so our suggestion find a Tempurpedic mattress you really feel comfortable on and Buy it :)

Initially, we thought the bed wasn't going to be comfortable--it's so different from a normal mattress. It can feel board-stiff when you first plop down on it, but that is easy to adapt to because once you're settled in for sleep, it's seriously the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. Those little annoyances in a regular mattress (like feeling like you're rolling into the middle when sleeping with your spouse, or the whole dang thing jiggles when she gets up at night) are 100% gone. If you can afford it, I highly, highly recommend. The one thing I don't like about it is that it can trap some serious heat. I sleep very hot, and even with the thermostat set to 64 F, I still sometimes wake up sweating. I should have bought the cooling mattress but it's more expensive.
