When my back and sciatic pain returned a few months ago, I knew it was time to replace my old Tempur-pedic mattress with a new one. This bed has allowed me to sleep on my side again without back pain, which I haven't been able to do for years on my spring mattress. I'm happy with that! The one downside is I probably didn't need the adjustable frame. I bought it because I assumed I'd be on my back and I thought it would be nice to have my legs elevated some. However, now that I can sleep on my side, I sleep with it flat. If I'd have known mattress was so helpful, I would have just gotten mattress with regular frame and saved money.

After house sitting for my son and sleeping on his tempurpedic, just after day 4 my back felt so much better after years of hurting. I don't know how they do it, but somehow there's the perfect back support, but also it's super soft for my very arthritic shoulders and NO pain as a side sleeper. I'm 70 yrs old and I wish I could save people money by telling them to skip all the others and go with this one, wish someone had done that for me. Buy it, you won't be sorry and it's true when it comes to mattresses, you do get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Tempur - Pro Adapt mattress & Ergo Power Base a little over a month ago. I have back issues - no more sleepless nights! Sleeping like a baby with slight elevation at both ends. I was concerned the mattress would be too firm. Sure glad we purchased firm as it works for my wife and my self. Should have gone this route years ago.

Got this mattress to replace my 112 year old Tempur-Pedic, it was a great choice, at first it felt a little hard, but now after almost two months of sleeping on it I would have it no other way.. I sleep sound and through the night... I could go on and on but lets leave it at this.... if your looking to by a new mattress or just up grading get a Tempur-Pedic your won't be sorry...

I recently upgraded to the Tempur-ProAdapt Mattress. It is what I expected, superb craftsmanship and quality. The proper mattress is one of the most important things we can do for our health. As a physician, I can appreciate how difficult it can be to stay healthy. Lack of proper sleep equipment is not something I have to worry about.

We have sore muscles, achy backs/hips from speed walking, playing softball, general active lifestyle. Sleep is very important! And, it has been restorative, comfortable and worth every penny spent on this mattress! The white glove delivery process was amazing also!

It is a firm/medium feel. You can sleep close to the edge without falling off. My back pain is much less then before. But not totally gone. I have only been sleeping on it for about a month. The big question is, was it worth the money? If you have an extra $4,000 it would be fine. I wouldn't go into debt to get one.
