I'm a terrible sleeper in general, so was skeptical if a mattress could really make any difference. After trying beds from a few other brands, I was pretty sure that was the case. Then I tried the new Tempur bed and have noticed a huge improvement in how rested I feel the next day. No more waking up when my wife moves around!

I have always been a die hard temper pedic customer. (My grandfather taught me best). At first we thought we choose the wrong comfort but we are so thankful we stuck by the firm mattress it has made a world of a difference in body and muscle soreness. I will never by another brand.

I used this mattress for 7 months before exchanging it. I think it is a high quality mattress which just happened to not be the best choice for me; I have exchanged it for another Tempurpedic model. For reference, I am male, 5'10", 175 lb and sleep on my side. I chose the ProAdapt Soft because it felt very comfortable at the store. My old mattress had made my shoulders sore and I wanted that to stop. Pros: 1. Once broken in, I felt no pressure on my shoulders or hips. 2. Mattress sleeps cool when you get to bed and as you fall asleep, even in the summer. 3. It was comfortable to sleep or sit on the edge of this mattress, even at the corners. I never felt I would fall off. 4. It felt well made. Cons. A. It took long for the mattress to break in and feel truly comfortable. About 3 months. B. What initially was a niggling sensation on my side, towards my hip, because full-blown soreness after 4 months or so. I later realized that my hips were sinking in too much. This is why I had the mattress exchanged. C. In summer, the mattress got very warm (but not quite hot) after several hours. When I woke up in the middle of the night or in the morning, I felt very warm. I would advise buyers of this mattress to: - If buying at a store, try it not just for comfort, but also alignment. Go with a friend and even take pictures if you can to assess how straight your spine is. - If buying at a store, make sure the return policy is good. - If you are a hot sleeper, this mattress may not be a good choice. It is initially cool but gets warm later. I will recommend this mattress because I think it will work for some people, perhaps those much lighter in weight than I am.

The delivery was excellent, efficient and caring about our home. Set up was good and right on time. We have had great sleep every night since we got our mattress. After so many nights tossing and turning we finally found the perfect mattress. We never even thought we would get a tempurpedic mattress but we were so happy with her sales person and the way we were shown every type of mattress and all choices we could make.

I love the mattress and it's very comfortable the only thing the top of the mattress material is very slippery so when you put on a mattress pad it is very slippery and slides. I wish they had used a different material for the top part of the mattress. You can purchase a mattress protector from them but I've read some reviews and sounds like it bunches up and is slippery also.

My husband loves it as well. We've been spoiled by Zero Gravity. We were hesitant to get the adjustable base, so glad we did. Worth every penny

These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

The first night I slept in my new bed I went right to sleep. No tossing an turning absolute comfort. I just had my hips replaced and had a great deal of trouble sleeping. This is the first time I awoke with no headache or backache. I just love it an it makes me want to go to bed earlier than I use to.

I have been a Tempur- Pedic customer since 2005. I strongly believe that Tempur - Pedic has the best products in the world. The mattress is firm and gives me great support and comfort. I am especially pleased with my sale rep, Sydney Blankenship. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and was able to address all of my concerns. Sydney gets my vote for employee of the month.

My husband and I had our old hybrid about 10 years and were beginning to experience back and neck pain. We purchased this mattress and immediately knew we made the right decision and our sleep improved greatly. There isn't anything I don't like about the mattress. However, my husband, who is heavier, says because the mattress conforms to your body, he tends to sink in more and when he wants to turn over he feels like he has to almost dig himself out. But after a couple of weeks he's adjusted and it's ok now.
