[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only been using our new mattress for a couple of weeks. Overall, we're happy with it. It is more firm than we expected and we're hoping to get used to this as we continue to sleep on it in the weeks to come.

have had a tempur-pedic beds for over 15 years. Not sure why but it’s the only thing I can sleep on that won’t give me back aches.

Very disappointing. I have owned 4 tempurpedic firm mattresses in the pass, but this preadapt has turned soft and no longer of use.
