This is a replacement for an original Tempur mattress. Before purchasing this mattress we did a lot of trying other mattresses, on line research etc. Once we laid on this new Tempur we wondered why we even thought about a different brand. The adjustable base makes it even better Best sleep I've had in a year since having shoulder surgery

My wife is very comfortable and no longer is experiencing back pain in the morning. She is sleeping through the night most nights. I continue to have issues and wake a couple of times most nights with lower back pain... but not every night. This mattress is definitely more comfortable than anything else we have owned. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if that were possible.

It was time for a new bed. We had a 12inch memory foam and it was super worn in. We went into the store with open minds on different types of beds. We tried out several different types but ultimately still preferred medium/ soft beds. We tried out the medium hybrid bed with the bed frame that vibrates and lifts the bottom and top mattress. Absolutely love it and I wish we got a new one sooner. Sleep ten times better on it. It's not to soft and not to firm. I have bad shoulders and I'm a side sleeper, not once so I wake up in pain. It's definitely worth every penny.

I expected that it would probably take a few weeks to settle in to a new mattress but was very surprised that it was so comfortable from day one. I have back pain and being able to adjust the mattress position with the Ergo base has helped my back pain tremendously. I am getting a much more restful night of sleep.

It is very different than a regular mattress tho, so if that's what your used to it may take you a bit to get used to it. But no doubt you will love it too!

I finally gave in after I hurt my back trying to flip out king size mattress. We shopped around and finally decided on a Tempur-ProAdapt mattress. What a difference our purchase made. No more tossing and turning throughout the night and even better no more back pain in the morning. I had always attributed all of my morning aches and pains as just part of getting older. I was totally wrong. Now when I wake up in the morning I can actually hop out of bed and be ready to go. I no longer have to slowly stand up to get my back to the point where I can actually walk. Another really wonderful result of the new mattress is that neither of us feels the other one getting into or out of the bed allowing the other to continue to sleep undisturbed. Hands down this mattress is the best purchase we have made in regards to our comfort and well being.

Originally ordered the Cloud online and then cancelled and upgraded to the Adapt pro med-hybrid. We also got a smart base. It took forever for one order to get cancelled and updated. Further more, we never received our $300 special package(protector, sheets, pillows). With the money we spend on these products, a 3-5 day window for email correspondence is absolutely absurd.

I finally bit the bullet since I spend a third of my life in my bed and I am so glad that I did! I used to wake up with a little bit of back pain but now that I have a Tempur-pedic, I wake up refreshed and I'm absolutely in love with this bed. The bed is the perfect firmness and I also bought the electronic frame that lets you tilt your head and feet up- it's amazing!

This mattress is very expensive to have only lasted for three years. Purchased in 2021, at first it was ok, the motion transfer was terrible. For the past few months my husband and I have been waking up with terrible joint pain. We tried to remedy with adding a topper, it helps with the pressure relief, but sleeps incredibly hot. This mattress was too expensive to only last a few years. Do not recommend.
