We have not seen any difference yet, we're having worse back and neck pain. We were told to use it for 120 days before we could see any difference. We are using this bed over a little over 2 weeks now. The bed retains heat. So prepare to lower your thermostat. We will give another review after the time frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Tempur-pedic lasted nearly 18 years. The Pro Adapt Firm is comfortably cool and is a guaranteed restful sleep. We have a total of four in the house and they are the only mattresses we will sleep on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other tempurpedic mattress was 14 years old and over the years became too soft. We replaced it with this mattress and now this one is also too soft. If you prefer medium-firm support, I wouldn't recommend this one. It started off firm, but is now hedging too soft in the sections that we use night after night. Interestingly, when one of us shifts to the middle of the mattress, it's perfectly firm. I didn't expect it to do this in such a short period of time and feel disappointed in the results.

Bought this mattress with hopes of eliminating pain in my hips and my back. All it has done it made worse. I also wake up with numbness in my tailbone area and my entire back hurts. Cannot get comfortable and am unable to sleep for more than a few hours at a time on it. Also the mattress retains way too much heat regardless of room temperature. Will not be buying another Tempur pedic mattress and frankly can't wait to get rid of this one and find a different brand.

Warning -- if you buy this mattress you'll have to give up staying in hotels, because no other bed will be as comfortable as your own. This bed solved my back problems! We bought directly through Tempur-pedic and had a perfect purchase and delivery experience. I can't recommend this highly enough.

After owning a Split Cal King Temper Pedic bed for less than 5 years, the offered warranty of 10 years will not be honored. The requirements of measuring with a yard stick showing 3/4" indentation are not obtainable. My husband and I wake up in pain daily from the indentations of the split mattresses, they did not hold their original shape for even 5 years. You must show a quarter standing upright of the amount of gap on the bed. As bad as the mattress is with 1/4" gap showing, they will not honor the warranty. False advertising of this being high end, very expensive, bed that will last well beyond 10 years.

These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Tempurpedic set. We went from an adjustable king to an adjustable split king. Although I find it as comfortable as the first, there are some things that are annoying. First the mattresses slide apart even after we put anti-skid pads under them. Secondly, the split set makes changing sheets much more difficult since the mattresses are so heavy.

I have spinal stenosis and decided to get the best matress available .The assessment at the store recomendded a Medium matress, however, I choose to get the firm one. It is not confortable . Too hard . I will exchange for a soft one. The product is good and the adjustable base gives you good options to sleep.

I was waking up every day with serious back pain. I would have to lean over the bed and slowly get up to a standing position before starting my day. Throughout the day my lower back would hurt so much. After one night sleep in my tempurpedic adjustable bed I got up right out of bed and throughout the day my back was feeling good. I can walk around all day without back pain. It has been 2 full weeks, and I tell everyone to get this bed. It is AMAZING!!! I wake up every day energized, not tired, and definitely no back pain. It is truly the best purchase I have ever made. I love my bed!!!!
