THE COOLNESS ITS WAHAT SOLD ME ON THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY. MAYBE THE NEXT GENERATION THE WILL MAKE THEM TO LAST LONGER. I KNOW MY SISTERS AND FRIEND WAS ABOUT TO BUY ONE FOR XMAS BECASUE THE TRIED MINE AND LIKED IT BECAUSE OF THE COOLNESS, NOW THEY AREN'T BECAUSE MINE ISN'T COOL. We have had a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for 20 years in the Master Bedroom and loved it. In fact liked it so much we got one for the MotorHome 15 years ago. It was time to get a new mattress as we had pushed the first one to the limit and it was still performing fairly well. But the new Tempur-ProAdapt Firm is wonderful! Nice night sleeping and feel refreshed on awakening. Even with Twin XL mattresses on the king base, they stay where they belong and do not walk or part. One thing I do not like is at our age it is a heavy mattress for us to lift to change the bedding but we are handling it.

Before I got this bed, I woke up several times an hour every hour. Now I sleep soundly through the night. I have terrible back pain, which was our primary reason for buying this bed. When I lay on my bed, my back pain is gone! Best bed I have ever bought.

The mattress and frame are of great quality and very comfortable. The very difficult part is in getting our mattress and frame registered with tempurpedic. A serial number is required. Your chat line told us the serial number is on a tag found under the mattress cover. We remove all bedding and mattress cover all the way - no tag. We finally found the tag pressed under the mattress between the bottom of the mattress and frame. When you are elderly, this is a very difficult task. Now to register the bed frame. I'm a little worried about finding the serial number for our frame. It would be most helpful if you consider your elderly customers in the future. Maybe have the serial number printed on the receipt or place the tag in an easier location.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best mattress I've ever used. I've slept on quite a few memory foam mattresses and nothing compares. I wake up feeling refreshed because I'm not tossing and turning at night. The removable cover is a huge plus as well. I don't have anything negative to say about this mattress. I read reviews that the mattress sleeps hot but I did not find this to be true.

We complained to the salesman that the tperpedic that we have at home doesn't feel good like the one we tried at the store. He said just give it a little time to expand out or loosen up. It's still hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. My husband hates it and so do I. However the adjustable base is very nice in the zero gravity state.

Ordered a twin long and mattress is too firm, so they are delivering a soft tomorrow. Great service and they honor their 90-day guarantee to try out the mattress. If you like a firm mattress, this one is for you, but try medium firm in a store first to be sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly amazing. My body no longer hurts when I wake up. At first I was worried bc it didn't feel the same as the store. But after about 3 weeks it literally feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Love this mattress!!! There's nothing I don't love.

After looking at several mattresses, I bought the firm pro-adapt mattress. It is very firm but I have read that as you use it, it will get softer. I like it but it is very different compared to the other mattresses I have owned. I am still getting used to it. It is very pricey but hope to fall in love with it as I sleep on it.

This is my second Tempurpedic mattress - the first one I had was a Queen size Tempur cloud, medium firmness, and I replaced it with this mattress after 10 years, because I wanted a King size bed. Upon first use - the Pro-Adapt seemed softer than my Cloud was, so i was skeptical and debating if a "firm" mattress would have been a better call. However, I had been starting to get sciatica on one side, and now that I've been sleeping on this mattress for about 5 weeks the sciatica is basically gone and I haven't made any other changes to my lifestyle. I can't tell if the hybrid mattress is more firm on the sides or not, I got the hybrid after reading reviews that say Hybrid mattresses last longer than mattresses that are all memory foam. Since these mattresses come with a hefty price tag I wanted to try and get as many years out of it as I can. Also important to note, the mattress itself is really heavy, which makes tucking sheets in under the sides a little challenging, and if you live alone (like I do), I wouldn't expect to be moving it around by yourself, like if you were changing bed frames or furniture. All that said, I really like this mattress - the white glove delivery service was great, the new style of zip off mattress cover is much easier to taken off/put on than the old style, and this mattress doesn't keep me as hot as my cloud did, presumably from the cooling cover.
