[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set a high bar for this mattress after paying as much as I did and it did not disappoint. I was expecting it to help with my lower back pain and I was blown away when it pretty much got rid it altogether. It's the perfect amount of support and relief if you spend a lot of time sitting. I look forward to going to sleep every day and that's something I hadn't been able to do with my old mattress.

Immediately upon arrival the delivery team advised over and over it would not fit up my interior staircase. They kept asking me what I wanted to do without ever taking the bed off the truck or trying. I said if you're certain it would fit then I cannot keep it. Contacted the team and they advise that is not how it works and they rescheduled delivery. Took another month before they came back. Same delivery team giving me attitude about "trying again here." They almost quit trying before I had to get assertive to tell them to do their job and even offer to help get it upstairs. I ended up doing more of the delivery portion MYSELF. After they left I had to readjust and tighten the bed legs and remove the trash they were supposed to clean and remove. I love the mattress but the delivery experience was pathetic. No one offered any compensation for the experience which is what they boost about. If you order get ready to see lazy delivery team.

My husband wanted a firm mattress and we've had memory foam mattresses before. The Tempurpedic is VERY firm. Initially, it seems like it's TOO firm, but once you're in it, it feels great. We have only been able to sleep in the bed 7 nights since we bought it - LONG story. However, those 7 nights were wonderful! I must say that the "white glove experience" was no big deal. Two fellows delivered it and they were very pleasant, but I have no idea what the whoopteedoo was. It was delivered and put on the bed. Whoopteedoo.

This is a replacement for a tempur-pedic that 'lost it's memory' and sagged. This new mattress is extremely hard, but we really love it! We got so used to sleeping on the bad mattress that this one actually took us a few nights to get used to, but it has been well worth it! We knew from trying one out in the store that it didn't quite have that 'contouring' effect, but our last two mattresses had that and sagged within a short period of time. I have high hopes for this mattress!! Also, I'd like to say that tempur-pedic really stands behind their mattresses and my claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Tempur-Pedic owner for about 20 years. The mattress is a little pricey, so after ours wore out. We purchased a mattress from a different manufacturer to save some money. It costs about 1/2 of the Tempur pedicure. But we noticed our backs and joints aching. Needless to say our son ended up getting the one we bought last fall and we did spend the money this year and purchased the firm Pro-adapt Tempur-Pedic. It's a little to firm , but we have no pain when we get up in the morning

This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)

I had just been recovering from a GI viral infection, and had my bed up on stilts in the back to stay elevated during sleep. I was sliding down my bed and it was incredibly uncomfortable. We were looking for a great high end adjustable mattress and bed frame for our existing very nice Restoration Hardware bed frame which we absolutely did not want to switch. Not only did the ProAdapt Cal-King we bought fit perfectly, it was way more comfortable that our previous mattress and the Ergo-Extend frame that we got with it converted our bed from really very good completely awesome. Bed on stilts, and sliding down the bed at night was a thing of the past. The memory foam is really very cool during sleep - not sure how that works exactly but it seems like it has to do with the way the outside of the mattress is textured as well as the type of material used on the surface. However it works, it seems to work quite well. The fitted sheets stay in place which was a concern (with an adjustable bed) but ended up working out fine. Just completely 100% happy with how this bed. Was very worried the frames would not fit, or the quality would be less than promised, but both the mattresses and the adjustable frames were absolutely rock solid, well constructed and amazingly top notch. The only issue we had was that well known fresh "memory foam" hot out of the factory oder that the mattresses have for the first 30-40 days. They promised it would go away after a little bit.. and I can report that yes it actually did. All and all I'd say money well spent.

I did my research and tried out different beds at different stores. When I found the Tempr-Pro Adapt firm mattress it gave me the support my body needed to relax into dreamland. Now I wake up every day feeling refreshed and revived.

Sleep is the most important thing and I sleep so much better on this mattress than I ever have before. I chose the payment plan and when you break it down, it's not much per day for a good nights sleep. Most of us spend more on that for coffee each day! I highly recommend!

The sides were finally getting very soft, I am now pregnant and began feeling more uncomfortable as each week passed. I had planned on getting the medium or medium-hybrid, but my husband and I went into a store to lay on them. We realized even the firm mattress had quite a bit of give once you laid down on it and that it seemed like the best option for us. We ordered online which was easy; the delivery company messaged us with a couple of delivery date/time frame options. They came in, took our old mattress, replaced it with the new one, and now we are on to better sleep! I am so comfortable on this mattress, can barely feel when my husband moves, and if it wasn't for our noisy cat I would be sleeping through the night. I am so excited to have this mattress for many years to come. Thank you!
