As it was time to replace an older mattress (product other than Stearns & Foster), we decided it was time for us to make a major upgrade as an older couple with back issues seeking quality, comfort, stability as well as support. We finally agreed on the Estate Firm Tight Top Queen mattress set. It was surely the right decision/investment for us. As older clients, we are very impressed with the quality and the comfort of the mattress. We also got the moveable frame that allows us to move the mattress head and foot up and down, making it even more usable for us. We no longer have backaches in the morning, and we are sleeping far more comfortably.

He sleeps very hot. Cannot get cool. Cannot get comfortable. Cannot get sleep overrated. it's only a year and a half old. I wish I could take it back.

I've had a Stearns and Foster before and I knew that when I got another one I would not be disappointed. Quality craftsmanship and always a pleasure when you lay down to sleep.

We purchased a King-size Stearns & Foster Estate Collection mattress (medium firmness) last year, and unfortunately, it has been a major disappointment. We sink in much more than expected and can actually feel the steel coils through the mattress, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. This is the worst mattress we have ever owned, and we would not recommend it.

We slept on the mattress at a vacation condo we rented and found it so comfortable that we ordered two one for our room and one for our guest room. We have a lot of family members who like to visit, and have received so many compliments on how well they slept at our house.

I have been sleeping well for 65 years on Stearns and Foster mattresses, and this year, 2026, was a time for an upgrade. In early 1990 we were ready to refresh our bedding.,we purchased, you guessed it, Stearns and Foster at Robb and Stuckey in Orlando, where we now lived. We have been always, so happy with firm and supportive bedding. Come to 2026, and I received the Consumer Report issue of mattress and bedding “picks”. I studied and shopped for almost two months for new bedding, and in the process came back to Stearns and Foster! There are many more choices in bedding today than years ago, to be sure, but the endgame for me was/is the names Stearns and Foster, plus the association with Tempurpedic. I ordered the Estate Pillow Top Firm Queen and the Ease frame. In two months now, I can fall asleep in five minutes and sleep well all night! No surprise there, as that’s always the way sleeping on a Stearns and Foster mattress has been, since 1960! The Ease frame was a new choice, and the fact that I have an acid reflux issue made the decision a wise one. I am faring well with the adjustable head of bed. My husband and I are experiencing restful sleep, our firm mattress is a dream! Not to sink into the mattress is great. The mattress is very firm, yet it molds to your body. I was worried that I would get indents like our old mattress but when you rise in the morning it looks as if no one has slept on the mattress! Stearns & Foster is worth every thousand spent and I will recommend it to friends and family who are in the market for a new mattress!
