I wanted to love this mattress. It honestly has the best support for your back and hips. I wake up with no back pain which is amazing. This product would be a perfect mattress if it wasn't for one major flaw, and that is that it sleeps HOT! And I mean HOT. Ive tried blowing 3 fans on me, have purchased a cooling mattress cover, and I am also using a BedJet. It still feels like my entire body is on FIRE! I used to sleep through the night, now I wake up 2-3 times from becoming overheated. I am waiting out the 30 days then I am going to exchange this at MattressFirm for a BeautyRest. In my opinion they have much better cooling technology. Stay away from this mattress if you at all are sensitive to your own body heat.

We have Hurston Luxury Firm. It started feeling like a hammock after the first two months. We rotated it once a month, which didn't help. I waited a year and a half to file a warranty and was denied because the measurement of the gullies was 1.5 on one side and the other side was 1.3. Not only does it feel like sleeping on a hammock, but the foam layer is also compressed so much in the dips we feel like the coils are digging in our backs. It's unacceptable to have that problem with a mattress that's less than two years old. The mattress store we bought it from said give it a little more time, and they're sure we'll have a warranty claim soon. We just ordered another mattress from another company and will never buy another Stearns and Foster!

After only a few weeks of use, this mattress the "Ellria" does not feel any better than the 16 year old Sears posturepedic mattress that I was replacing. When sitting on the edge there is a creaking sound every time you move. This mattress does not have good pressure point support after sleeping on it for a few hours. When first getting into bed it feels okay but within hours the top is condensed to feeling like you are on a board. Not the sleep or rest I expected for the price. I will never buy another Sterns and Foster. Many of the reviews I have read recently say that it they have had difficulty with the warranty. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

We were in need of a new mattress (ours was 18 years old) and in very bad condition. After doing some research, we decided on a Firm, pillow top. We've had it for 2 months, and already the mattress is sagging. We decided to go with a Sterns and Foster because of the reviews and it seemed like the Top of the Line product. $3,000 + and we are sorely disappointed. I'm happy there was a 120 day guarantee with it, we will go back to the store and select a different mattress. It took 10 years for our old mattress to start failing, this took 2 months. It started out really good, we slept better, felt supported, now we feel like we're on a hill toward the center. We will not choose the mattress without the pillow top for fear it will do the same thing. We will chooses a different brand, Sadly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Estate Collection pillow top firm mattress. I have only had it for one month, but find it to be extremely comfortable. The firmness gives me the support I need for my back, and the pillow top gives me the softness I need to cushion my shoulders and hips while I sleep on my side.

We exchanged our Beautyrest Black C Class 14.5 inch King Size Plush Mattress for this because of the body impressions after just the first few days. After going back to Mattress Firm we picked out the Stearns and Foster Estate Pillow Top Soft King to replace it and it has been a great decision. The mattress is just what we were looking for, soft but yet supportive and it bounces back each morning, unlike the Beautyrest we had. I talked to a salesperson at another store who owns a Stearns and Foster Plush mattress and she said it is still going strong after 18 years and claims it is just like the day she bought it. Quality, support and comfort at reasonable in price. What more could you ask for!

I purchased this mattress May 2022, I should have written a review sooner. I expected a comfortable product from Stearns & Foster especially for the cost. However, the mattress does not recover from body impression, leaving an indentation finding it difficult to reposition myself while sleeping, making a good nights sleep compromised.

Previous bed was a sleep number. This mattress I've had about 90 days just turned it to break in other side I used to wake up sweating with the sleep number bed and now I never wake up sweating I sleep longer also I don't wakeup with back pains anymore. Best mattress I've ever slept on in my life!! Just wish I could have afforded the next level up from the estate collection to get that gel cooling layer cuz I prefer to sleep really cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to receive a free Estate soft tight top mattress from Stearns & Foster to try and give my honest opinion. I must say that it came at the right time. I'm currently recovering from surgery and waited until it was safe enough for me to switch out my old mattress with this one. As soon as I laid down, I knew that would be the first night I got a decent amount of sleep since coming home after my procedure. With my old mattress, I was constantly trying to turn over due to the springs being extremely uncomfortable which wasn't a good idea for someone who was in pain. I love the Fleur de Lis design on the mattress since it's a symbol that represents my home state. I really like how my body "sinks" into the bed especially after a long day BUT I do wonder if it will hold up after some time has passed. This concern could simply be due to the mattresses that I'm use to so I will definitely pay attention to it. If I had to choose a different type from this company, I would go for the Lux Estate Medium because of the added materials which are perfect for people like me who could really use the cooling cover and Tempur-Indulge Memory Foam. For the price, I would've never been able to purchase it myself, but I would certainly recommend it to people who can afford it.
