It’s a good bottled water, but it’s pretty pricey. Because of that I rarely drink it. I recommend if price is not a barrier

I loved SmartWater, until I tried Essentia. I feel like it definitely hydrates me more than a standard spring water, and is really delicious.

I like this water. It’s a little pricey but sometimes worth it. It would be nice to have a bit more electrolytes for health rather than taste.
