I have drank water daily for years, however only recently started thinking about electrolytes. Tried pedialyte & other brands, but did not like the taste. One of the ladies at the pharmacy told me about smartwater so I tried it & have been drinking it since. May all be in my head, but I swear it makes me feel better.

It has a great taste! And having Electrolytes in it I love it even more especially in the heat!!
