Not as good as the Kraft Mexican Style cheese they used to carry. This seems to clump more in the bag and when melted has a lot of oil that I never seen with the Kraft. Honestly can't say much about the taste because I sprinkle it on omelets then add sour cream, avacado and salsa so cheese flavor is kind of hidden anyway.

I have been getting the Kraft 2-pk for at least a couple of years. I have bought this product twice, but no more. This product is noticeably inferior in flavor (“watered-down”), texture, and simply the way it cooks. I will get my cheese at another grocery store.

Members Mark Mexican cheese and all other MM cheese is a waste of money. I don’t understand how the Members Mark product team can replace quality nation brand with completely inferior products and some people think it’s a 5 star cheese. No taste, none.

What is Sam's doing with all their shredded cheese. Everything is now Members Mark with that tasty Cellulose added. You need to go back to Kraft....they use corn starch to keep the cheese from sticking. Didn't notice this till after I cooked with it and you could literally pick it up in one solid sheet. So I checked the bag and tasted it, I had a hard time chewing it cold. I am buying less and less here because of all Members Mark (who is the manufacturer???)

This package was lighter green, new style maybe? It was chalky and gritty. Didn’t melt on tacos, didn’t melt in quesadilla, and didn’t even melt in the oven on nachos. Whatever they did to mixture to save money wasn’t worth the flavor and texture that was compromised!
