It’s cheese for heck’s sake. It’s not like a fine Italian you would have wine with but it works for a burger, or home made nachos, or whatever, no complaints.

Twice now i have bought this food item, and have found cheese not completely shredded. When u get to the bottom, there are three to four large blocks of cheese not shredded. I have to use my shredder.

Great value on Mexican Four Cheese. I also like that it comes in two separate one pound packages. I usually freeze one until I’m ready to use it. Buying cheese in larger packages requires one to either separate it or it becomes moldy before you use it up. This is the perfect packaging for me.

I prefer this shredded cheese over the huge bag Sam's offers, because I can control freshness. Family of 7 here and this bag usually lasts us 2 weeks to a month, depending on cheese crazed I've gone and if I've made Mac and cheese-------Obviously great on Mexican dishes, but I use it for Mac and cheese as well or pimento cheese pasta salad in a crunch.

The Mexican Style shredded cheese at SAMs is a very good value, and I use it often. I put shredded cheese in a lot of my cooking, and this makes it so easy and economical. The cheeses in these packages are very good for about anything you are wanting to cook and so easy to add. At one point, I thought I would start shredding my own cheese. Yes, I must admit, it did taste fresher but made absolutely no difference when adding to a casserole, quiche, tacos, etc. My cheese shredder has pretty much been retired and try to keep my refrigerator stocked with this cheese at all times.

We use it to make tortillas, to add to salads, sandwiches or any other dish we want some cheese. The flavor is mild. Sometimes does goes moldy after about 5 days, even if I take a small portion, sealed and put it back to the fridge right away. Kind of defeat the purpose of buying in bulk, when I have toss what was bad. So, now we use it right away or we buy a different one.

This product includes two large resealable bags of cheese. Either fresh or melted, the cheese tastes good. I like to mix with cream cheese to fill jalapeños or mushroom caps. It is also tasty on tacos or melted onto burritos or tamales. It also tastes good as a salad topping.

USUALLY this is a great value, but recently the bags are defective. When you tear away the top portion of the bags at the ‘Tear Here’ line, the bag is open with zip tracks on the inside edge of both sides of the open end. In all of the last 4 bags I purchasedt the reseal zip tracks were detached from the bag making it impossible to reseal the bags after opening. Please look into this! Thank you.

This double pack of Mexican style shredded cheese is a staple in my house. It's my 9 year old's favorite cheese & we use it for everything. It's not too thinly or thickly shredded, so works well for most applications (melted or not). Stick one pack in the freezer while you use the other. Highly recommend!
