I buy this cheese often and over the last few years more times than not the bags have moisture in them that causes the cheese to mold quickly and be almost melted/stuck to the inside of the bag. I often have to re-bag it after buying but lose at least 25% of product. Tried to chat online to customer service to get a credit or return and waited for 30 minutes and never received help.

This is very good cheese and I like that it comes in 2 bags. One giant bag like other stores have, tends to go bad before I can use it all.

We love this cheese because of the mixed types of cheese, and because it comes in two smaller sizes which worked very well for a two person family.
