We love this mix you can use in so many recipes. Like tacos we had tonight. Just an FYI it freeze well so you can use later and still taste great.

This is a continual purchase. Great for baked potatoes, tacos, and mac n cheese. Does not clump but melts great. Freezes well.

This is as good as the brand names. It's a better value than in the grocery stores. The packaging is convenient. I prefer this over the 5# packages.

It shredded cheese it melts what more could you ask for. Does not have any strong or distinct flavor.

I don't even buy shredded cheddar cheese anymore, I just use this cheese for everything, and I mean anything I top with cheese! Really good cheese!
