This perfect as a mainstay. Great to have at the ready and one in freezer for back up. Perfect for salad, tacos, eggs, or nachos.

We keep this stocked and use it on all kinds of food. It's a good shredded cheese and a good value in this bulk package.

We use this for so many things - green chicken enchiladas, various casseroles, even toasted cheese sandwiches.

3X in three months I have purchase this item. It only gets better everytime I top it off from tacos to nachos, on grill chicken and salad. Its just great and ready to top off once again.

I like that there are two separate packages which keeps it fresher. I have found out that this cheese is excellent for melting and goes with everything!

What is Sam's doing with all their shredded cheese. Everything is now Members Mark with that tasty Cellulose added. You need to go back to Kraft....they use corn starch to keep the cheese from sticking. Didn't notice this till after I cooked with it and you could literally pick it up in one solid sheet. So I checked the bag and tasted it, I had a hard time chewing it cold. I am buying less and less here because of all Members Mark (who is the manufacturer???)

This package was lighter green, new style maybe? It was chalky and gritty. Didn’t melt on tacos, didn’t melt in quesadilla, and didn’t even melt in the oven on nachos. Whatever they did to mixture to save money wasn’t worth the flavor and texture that was compromised!

Members Mark Mexican cheese and all other MM cheese is a waste of money. I don’t understand how the Members Mark product team can replace quality nation brand with completely inferior products and some people think it’s a 5 star cheese. No taste, none.

I typically by the Great Value fiesta blend but gave this a try because of cost savings. The flavor is close enough but unfortunately the bags had huge chunks that hadn't been shredded. I would try again but if quality was off again, it wouldn't be worth the savings.

I've been noticing for some months that my nachos are not as good as they used to be.. I finally realized that the reason is that this cheese has no real flavor to it, and it doesn't melt onto the chips like you want it to... I'm going to quit buying this and go back to the Kraft that Sam's used to sell before they dumped it for this trash.
