The cheese is tasty and melts well. My family uses it in many dishes, from topping scrambled eggs to tacos. Having two re-sealable packages is beneficial because it helps prevent the cheese from spoiling, but could there be a more eco-friendly option than plastic? I would like to have the Member’s Mark brand move away from plastic packaging, perhaps try waxed paper.

Not as good as the Kraft Mexican Style cheese they used to carry. This seems to clump more in the bag and when melted has a lot of oil that I never seen with the Kraft. Honestly can't say much about the taste because I sprinkle it on omelets then add sour cream, avacado and salsa so cheese flavor is kind of hidden anyway.

I have been getting the Kraft 2-pk for at least a couple of years. I have bought this product twice, but no more. This product is noticeably inferior in flavor (“watered-down”), texture, and simply the way it cooks. I will get my cheese at another grocery store.
