The last time I bought this cheese the whole bottom of the cheese was either melted or clumped together so much that I couldn’t use it and it was in both of my bags.

This cheese is comparable to its name brand product.. It is very useable in any Mexican food calling for cheese or non mexican foods calling for cheese.

Nice blend. Not the gold standard in my house, but the everyday standard. Always have on hand, always reliable. Perfect and easy for many TexMex dishes, adding to casseroles, topping so many dishes.

This cheese is so convenient and delicious. Freezes well if you can't use the whole bag after opening. The blend is really good for tacos and casseroles.

We are using this for years now & it's part of our daily meal. My wife & I prepare numerous Indian, European, Continental, Mexican, Italian etc. dishes with this. Highly recommended.

Good cheese and even better priced. There are some shredded cheeses I like better but I needed this for a party and couldn’t beat the value. Taste is pretty good. It’s not top shelf shredded cheese, but it’s a pretty good mid range

Great cheese for pizza, scrambled eggs fried eggs, toasted bread or bagels, casseroles. You name it. Has salt so be careful with it especially if you are on a low sodium diet and you have congestive heart failure. Everything in moderation.

I use cheese in many of my Mexican dishes. This size comes in handy. I freeze one bag after arriving home. And once I need to pull that out I know it'll be almost time to purchase another 2 pack.

The quality is consistent, I freeze one of the two bags to use later. Freezing doesn't change the quality of the cheese. The blend is mild, perfect for all kinds of uses.
