I bought these because I have shoulder arthritis so a bra is difficult to put on and the straps bother my shoulders. These are just what I needed. I wear these in place of a bra because they conform to my body, hold everything in place, and no pressure on my shoulders. To put them on I step into it and pull it up then put my arms through the arm holes. I take it off the same way pull it down instead of over my head. Washes well, air dries, no shrinkage. I can’t even tell I have one on…so much more comfortable than a bra under my clothes. I bought the maple sugar/tan ones so they do not show under my clothes.
