These are great slice them up with onions, peppers and mushrooms. You can slice them up for appetizers for a Super Bowl. Or leave them hold fry them and put them in your favorite spaghetti sauce what possibly meatballs?

Had these for a party, did very well on the grill just cooked slow. Everyone had on a bun with the condiments and everyone commented how good they were, very juicy.
