The sprayer was extremely hard to pump. Figured out that when trying to spray it sucked the air out of the bottle making it sink in.

Difficult

This is one of the most useful products we have for the kitchen. The spray allows less detergent to be used and cuts down on waste, while getting plenty to clean the dishes. This pack with the refills  is a great idea, and the price was right at Sams. Strong recommendation for anyone with a kitchen sink.
