We suggest removing the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning it counterclockwise to release it. Next, remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle. Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn in a clockwise rotation to secure it. Most important: Ensure the dip tube and trigger are in the same direction.
