Due to all the quality checks our products go through to ensure perfect condition and function, this isn't the experience we would expect you to have. We're here to help and would like to share that the top should be able to be snapped back on, and if it's the nozzle part that came off (the dial you turn to lock/unlock), you can throw the piece away and still use the bottle. It will just be unlocked permanently.
