I am so impressed with this. I've had some mysterious residue in my crockpot for years that I thought was just scrapes and a lot of wear on the ceramic coating. I used this product one time and it all came right off. I was shocked...and now embarrassed by my dirty crockpot that I thought was clean.

I purchased a set of Dawn Powerwash Spray and 3 refills because of the raves everyone was giving it all over social media, which in hindsight was probably the first red flag(never believe everything you hear on the Internet)! Also, I have used Dawn dish soap for at least 25 years, possibly longer and absolutely will never buy anything else because IT is a wonderful product that works better than expected! Sadly, Dawn Powerwash has given me multiple problems. The MOST aggravating one is the degree of difficulty in using the pump! The pump barely made it through 1/3 of the first bottle as well as being almost impossible to spray! The white part of the trigger is so soft, it merely bends inward and applies no force toward the neck of the bottle. I have tried numerous ways of holding it as I apply pressure, to very little resulting spray. I was a bench hand and a cake decorator for 40 years, so I am not a weak person, people remark on my nice, firm handshake. So I’ve been just using it on a sponge to lather up things and let them soak. I have tried it on skillets, my gas stove top, cookie sheets and even my bathtub floor that developed a stubborn watermark. Dawn Powerwash barely removed any of the greasy areas, unlike the dish soap which makes things sparkling clean-even chicken stock grease! The Powerwash gets everywhere(especially if I can coax any spray out of the pump) and just seems to linger no matter how many times I wipe and rinse. The scent of the Powerwash is vastly unpleasant and hangs around forever, unlike its cleaning power which is mostly absent. I tried respraying and soaking items again, almost in tears by now(angry tears!) because the spray pump is such a beast to use. And the results of the repetition? Non existent, even after 3 tries. I am not sensitive to strong smells or scents either, but this stuff...ick. Guess I’ll go back to Bar Keeper’s Friend, it works the first time I use it. And yes, I’m using the same Scotchbright scrubbie sponge and/or the flat green scrubbies with both products. So I’m definitely putting in the elbow grease. I might as well be using water. And water smells better too. I DO NOT recommend Dawn Powerwash at all. The dish soap however is fantastic-why is Powerwash so terrible?! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been so excited to try this product. I can tell a difference between this and regular dish soap. It was a different scent than regular dawn, which I really enjoy. It really helps to get the stubborn food off my dishes!

I bought 2 Dawn Power Wash and the spray does not work on either one. It will not spray a foam like the previous one I bought, it just runs down the bottle, it’s thick and make the bottle and my hand all messy. Poor design on the spray nozzle. I made sure the nozzle was lined up per the directions - tried several time and have become frustrated. We have purchased this in the past because my husband likes it but with the poor nozzles design it is just more work for me.

I just had to review this product in hopes that the company and consumers would read this review. First off, let me say this is dishwashing soap EVOLUTION! It has an innovative dispenser that sprays the soap which is so different than the regular soap squeeze packaging. Basically 1 spray is enough for a whole load of dishes. So a little goes a long way. I like this product because it's set up to not have to fill the sink with soap and water but instead you can spray it directly on to a dish to degrease or wash. This is awesome when you just want to wash 1 or 2 things or even if you have a whole sink of dishes. I just really like that it's formulated to spray directly onto dishes and go, but I digress. This soap is an amazing degreaser! For tougher, greasier jobs I spray a little directly onto the pan and let it sit a minute then when I got to scrub & rinse there's very little work to be done. I took away a star solely because I don't love the scent of this product. It's not stinky, it's just strong for someone like me who is sensitive to scents. I wish dawn would dial back on the scent because no matter how much I rinse, if I immediately use a pan I just washed then it's like I can taste the scent in my food. If it were not for that 1 problem then I would have given this product 5 stars. The company almost has it perfect so I definitely want the brand to feel encouraged to keep innovating. On a side note, I would love to see dawn add other kinds of their original lineup to the powerwash spray, like their orange antibacterial would be a great addition! I love the dawn original for degreasing but the antibacterial is good to have if you're worried about bacteria or germs as well.

I love it! Obviously use it for my dishes and such but I actually recommend it for cleaning the shower. I work for a cleaning company and I've always liked using dish soap for cleaning, as it is safe for pretty much everything. Just spray on your shower and scrub. Gets the soap scum right off.

I have worked around crude oil most of my 76 years. Nothing will take.oil stains out of clothing. I got oil on a good pair of jeans. I sprayed the jeans with power wash and let it set overnight. I sprayed it again then washed the jeans. The oil came out of the Jean with no stain. I couldn’t believe it.

I have a job where I occasionally have to clean oven hoods that are covered in weeks of grease build up. The chemical that my company provides to do this eats through your skin if it gets on you, and is very dangerous if you breathe it in. No matter how careful I was, I still ended up with skin irritation. I decided to try the power wash one day when I was in a hurry. It cut the time it normally takes by more than half. I usually have to go over the hoods 2-3 times. I only had to do it once and they are shinier and stay cleaner longer. I just spray, wait 2 minutes then wipe. I don’t even rinse it off. I was amazed at how well it works!

I’m not sure if I got a bad item or what. But the quality of the spray trigger is terrible! It is like rubber, rips my hands up just trying to get 2 pumps. I have to say, I am so dissatisfied with the quality of the bottle. I’ve gotten better spray bottles from dollar store cleaning products.

I SWEAR by this soap. I have ditched all other regular dish soaps for this and use this regularly. There are so many uses for this as well such as cleaning countertops and getting stains out of clothes. There is such a visual difference with my dishes compared to other brands. I recommend 10/10.
