I have loved Dawn powerwash since I first used it! I use it for many things...not just dishes. However, the recent change in fragrance...is very disappointing! I do not need my dishes to smell like my laundry! Please go back to the original scent or even better unscented.

We have been using Dawn Power wash for almost a year. Love the product. Works great on dishes, I use it on laundry that has stains other products wouldn’t touch. Just this week I found another awesome use. I came out to my kitchen to get breakfast before work. It was 4am and I noticed a gathering of ants on a small piece of bread from the night before. I grabbed the Power Wash and sprayed them out of frustration. It killed them instantly! Great ant killer that smells good!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dawn and I have used it for years and have tried all offerings. I thought I reached the mountain top with POWERWASH. Then it came time to remove the spray attachment and put the sprayer on to the new bottle. OH NO! AMAZINGLY THE SPRAYER SPRAYED CORRECTLY 3 TIMES AND THEN WENT INTO A NON SPRAY FIRE HOSE SQUIRT! No matter what I did the sprayer never worked correctly again. OK, things happen and I bought another bottle, attached the sprayer from the new bottle to the previous bottle, AGAIN after a few lovely sprays the sprayer stopped working and went into fire hose squirt. I could not believe it!! I can use the product but it cannot do what it is intended to do! Sprayer is not cracked or broken and looks perfect, but does not function. Very disappointed. Do you have any suggestions?? Thank you.

An absolute must in my kitchen now. I love using this as presoak for very oily things. I spray my mini deep fryer pot and basket and it washes off so quickly with much less elbow grease. It's a bit more expensive but I think compared to hand washing something, less product needs to be used.

Not normally one to review anything, but here you go! I have a 20+ year old stainless steel coffee carafe from a restaurant where I worked that closed it’s doors. I usually put a little Dawn liquid inside and scrub with the dish brush. This gets it clean, but still coffee stained. I decided to try the Powerwash that my wife picked up this time (that I quite frankly wondered what’s this going to be good for?). I sprayed the inside and let it sit for 2-3 minutes... then scrubbed with the dish brush, the inside of the carafe now looks BRAND NEW. Did I mention that the cafe is at least 20 years old? Awesome product!

I am OBSESSED with dawn power wash. I'm the lazy mom who leaves pans to “soak” when I don't want to scrub them. With this I can spray it and walk away and when I come back the stuff in the pan literally just washes away. And you can use it on multiple surfaces. When you run out, just buy the refill bottle and snap your original spray head on it and go.

I bought the pump with refills, and I now have two bottles that don't have a pump for the product. You pull the trigger, and the liquid streams out all over the place, running down the trigger, into your hand. It's the biggest waste of product since it's streaming out versus a nice spray. Plus, since it streams out, the product doesn't coat with a foam like it should. Horrible and a huge waste of money on a product that I now can't use as intended. I just need a new pump handle, and there's no way to request one. Nice.

I've been a lifelong Dawn user but I think I need to stop using it permanently. New formulas are clearly only to save p&g money. Concentrations are so high that the amount of water/rinse time has at minimum tripled and if you only want to do a few dishes? Well you're out of luck because you cannot get out an amount that is small enough. Meanwhile they can charge more because on a technical level there's more available for use...but at your expense. They use less plastic in the bottle (selling point), pay less to ship what is technically more product, and the cost completely falls onto the consumer. More time doing your chore, while wasting water, and a ever present scent that no amount of rinsing can overcome. If you even have a remotely good sense of smell - do not use it.

So I bought this product specifically to use on corningware. You know, those pots that sit in the cabinets above your stove for years until you have a dinner party and realize they’re caked with grease… the one sitting in your mom’s or your grandmother’s kitchen that they want to hand down to you but you don’t wanna touch them because there’s so much grease caked on them and you feel like you just want to throw them out and buy a new set? Yeah those. I followed the directions and didn’t wet them at all and sprayed on the product. Like magic the grease came off and I don’t even think I waited 15 minutes. It was awesome! I poured the liquid out, then wiped it down with a paper towel turned it around and did the back. No scrubbing at all. I would probably hesitate to use it on plastic. I bought the free and clear so the only smell was the chemicals, and it wasn’t that overpowering, as I only did a few at a time. I have not had it long enough to know anything about the spray nozzle yet, but dawn, if that’s an issue, I will definitely fix it ASAP. Will buy this again!

I’m not sure if I got a bad item or what. But the quality of the spray trigger is terrible! It is like rubber, rips my hands up just trying to get 2 pumps. I have to say, I am so dissatisfied with the quality of the bottle. I’ve gotten better spray bottles from dollar store cleaning products.
