Before any of our Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray Refills are checked before they're OK'ed to roll out to your local store, we always expect you're receiving products in perfect condition. We're sorry to learn you're having problems with your sprayer. It may help to make sure the tube and the nozzle are facing the same way, and the yellow semicircles on the nozzle, and the top of the bottle, are lined up, forming a full yellow dot.
