Bought it and it failed to last through the warrantee period. it was replaced at no charge and the replacement failed during the same period!

Worst batteries ever! I have a 3/4 ton truck that requires two batteries. I replaced both in November of 2017. Here it is December 2020, and their dead. Oh sure, they only have a three year warranty, but for the outrageous price they charge, they should last well beyond the warranty period; can you say "planned obsolescence"? You can bet I'm looking for a better brand this time.

I bought this in store and did not realize this battery has a 36 month exchange warranty only. Other reviewers who said this is pro-rated after 36 months - ARE WRONG! Let me repeat that - It DOES NOT have any warranty beyond 36th months. THERE IS NO PRO-RATED ANYTHING BEYOND 36 MONTHS. This is a higher 850 CCA rated battery that is more typical to use in northern/cold climates. Once I found this out - I returned it. Why this is being sold in Florida is beyond me. This may in fact be a perfectly good battery. But... why take the chance when.... I have found another battery locally that: cost less, is rated 700 CCA, is typically used in southern climates, AND has a 5 YEAR WARRANTY (that's 3 YR FULL Replacement and 2 YR PRO-RATED). A higher CCA rating is not always better, and your vehicle starter probably doesn't even need it. If warranty is important - AND - if you live in moderate climates - I suggest you pass on this and look elsewhere. AND - an $18 CORE CHARGE - This has to be the highest core charge in the industry today. Overall a fairly ridiculous experience that never should have happened.

2012 F250 has 2 batteries Both replaced at the same time Both died in about 3 years I should've brought them in for a refund Both had dead cells The secondary battery went first according to onboard diagnostics Primary went a few months later Primary is the passenger side battery in my truck, no difference in the batteries I've had 3 of these things and they've all died very early deaths. Will never buy again

My first Duracell lasted 2 years and 11 months before testing bad. Lucky Sam replaced it for only an $18 core charge. The replacement lasted 2 years and 5 month before testing bad. Because the battery was a replacement it was not under any wart. So you could say with first replacement I got 5 years and 4 month out of one purchase and a $18 core fee. The problem is I got stuck twice with once being a the Mall after dark so not worth the trouble. The average battery last for 4 years but not Duracell which after owning 2 average under 3 years which is not good considering they cost about $111 with tax. I did my research and found a top rated brand by Consumers so will trust with an Interstate from now on.

Bought battery in 10/20, the battery has a date of 9/20 on it. 7/23 started acting up, needing occasional jump start. Unplugged all accessories inside the truck, i.e., phone chargers. Now 9/23 the battery will not start the truck without a jump. The battery tested as a bad cell. Can't find a receipt, so I am screwed with a warranty.

Free 36 month warranty. Died at 38 months

Bought this battery in 2019 for my wifes Ford Explorer. It just died mid 2024.. 4-5 yrs sounds acceptable to me. I will reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary! ..buying the same battery to replace this one..

Live in Ohio with big seasonal temperature swings bought this battery early 2013, now January 2019 it finally gave out, just bought same new Duracell to replace. Great battery

3 yrs 3 months and it died instantly on the way to work. 1.2 volts so was unable to jump it. While the price is good for this battery just realize it won’t last.
