This is now my go to dish to bring to parties. I get so many compliments and no one believes me when I say it's store bought.. and they are even more shocked at the price. This is a staple in our home. Just the right amount of heat and creaminess. We never get tired of it.

I only purchased this because the ingredient list read: Made with Hass avocados, onions, tomatoes, serrano peppers. However, upon trying it & trying to figure out why I couldn't breathe, I read the back label that also says Jalapenos. I never would have purchased this. 2* because it tastes fine except for the Jalapenos.

This comes conveniently packaged in 3 pouches that we freeze until ready to use. They are easily resealed and refrigerated if any is leftover by cutting a small section off one corner, squeezing air out, and taping shut. Very good on breakfast/lunch sandwiches, burgers, or dip for tortilla chips. Easier, faster and cheaper than homemade. Great product!

This is a very nice convenient product. After opening it lasts easily a few days. Although i like spicy and enjoy some jalapeno heat, THIS GUAC IS TOO HOT ! I want to enjoy the avocado and the tomatoes. It overwhelms the product. I can always add fresh jalapeños, but once they are in there , no way to reduce the heat level. As a result, I will not buy again.

This guacamole lacks the creaminess that I prefer, almost tasted like it was made with tomatillos. That's ok, but I prefer just avocados. It is a bit hotter than I like, but I didn't notice that the package states that it is medium heat so that is on me. While it is not my cup of tea, I am sure that others will like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my guacamole very chunky and Homestyle fits the bill - big chunks of tomato and onion. Also the Homestyle offers plenty of flavor, just the right amount of jalapenos. Will continue to buy Homestyle!

I bought this guacamole today (1/13/24) and tried it when I got home on some chips. IT WAS SO SALTY! I almost gagged and it burned my mouth. I thought: Maybe it's the chips? So I tried some straight. Way too salty. Salt is one of the ingredients: 120 mg per serving size of 30 grams. That works out to 1 part salt in 250 parts guacamole, or 0.4%. That sounds like a lot, but then I checked and Wholly Guacamole has even more salt, 0.5%. So maybe this was just a bad batch where the guy slipped and dumped a whole carton of salt in accidentally? I'm going to return it. BTW, the taste and texture otherwise were not that great: it felt oily, the chunks of jalapeno were too large, and it was just too picante for my taste.

Not as good as fresh homemade but a very good solution for when you need guac 'now' (and there are no ripe avocados). The flavor and consistency was good and I was surprised at how well the packages kept over a couple weeks. I would recommend it (for reasons stated above) and will buy again if I can't get ripe avocadoes.

I buy the store out each of my 2x/month shopping trips! Seriously! Eat it w EVERYTHING! Craving it now rather than potato chips or ice cream! TRUTH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love wholly guacamole! It's an easy snack and saves me the trouble of mashing up and seasoning my guacamole myself! I just throw in some cilantro, diced onions, tomatoes and jalapeño and viola. Also saves on buying avocados and not using them in time before they go bad. Can't tell you how many times I've done that... smh.
