Yuk. If you love avocados for their flavor, then this is not for you. The dominant flavor is vinegar and citric acid. I had to try to imagine the base was avocado, because it is green, but could not find the wonderful earthy flavor of avocado. The texture is wet and too smooth to dare be called CHUNKY. Just awful. You may as well just make a dip from something else and throw in vinegar, citric acid and some spice.
