[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless side by side Bespoke is perfect for our family’s needs. The beverage center with the water pitcher is the bomb. The auto door open feature helps keep finger prints off the door. You touch a part of the door and it opens just a little. The door has very functional shelving but does lack a spot for eggs.

Had this installed about a month ago and am completely satisfied with the purchase. Switched from a French door to this side by side because I wanted better visibility and organization in the freezer. Love the clean appearance and looks even better than i expected! Took a couple of days to get accustomed to how the doors open and now I think it’s great. The beverage center is a very convenient feature that gets tons of use.

Warning: Do not buy Bespoke refrigerators. Samsung is well aware of known issues with their refrigerator ice makers failing (even new units 2023-24). Without question Samsung needs to quickly replace ice maker units under Warranty -or- provide full refunds.

Use the smaller cubes for drinks and the larger cubes we use in our water bottles. Plenty of space inside both sides. The only thing I would have loved to see was something in the smart things app that would remind me to change the filter.

Refrigerator is consistently cool, water works well though needs significant pressure to get it running, seems smaller than believed. Front stainless easily dented, sides sturdier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge for 6 months and are still beyond happy with our purchase. The inside is spacious and easy to organize. It’s sleek and modern and blends into our kitchen perfectly—very easy to clean as well. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this fridge and love it. I replaced a three door with the Bespoke and I am so glad I did. It holds as much as my old fridge or more. The stainless steel is so nice and the profile is so much better looking without door handles and water through the door. The beverage center is great, especially the pitcher that fills automatically.

Pros: It is great to have the option of the sharp looking glass front that cleans easily with a microfiber wipe and doesn't have a handle that sticks out. Interior has plenty of space. Our energy usage has been slightly reduced over the last frig. While it's taking a while to get used to the ice and water dispensers that are accessed by opening a door, it's growing on us. We don't have to be concerned about the augur getting stuck or the augur motor giving out. Cons: We miss the middle drawer that was in our old frig but ended up buying bins from a discount store to remedy that situation. The biggest con is that the freeezer door automatically opens quite often when we're getting items out of the frig. I have contacted Samsung and was told auto open cannot be turned off on this model. This a definitly a design flaw and a big disappointment on an otherwise decent frig. Neither pro nor con: Know that the front is nor magnectic so kids artwork and school photos will not stick to the front with a magnet.

We like the ability to easily turn the icemaker on and off remotely and the design minimizes the space it takes up. The Beverage Center is a terrific feature we really have come to appreciate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, it’s great. I wish they made different color glass for all there appliance, like side by side refrigerator , ranges, dishwasher. Microwave. I would be happy if the would make glass over stainless like GE.
